>> he described what happened afterwards. search is stretching into 7 hours and no sign of the 45-year-old man. the coast discard is outta here. we don't see them at the most. boats have been making passes throughout the area and chopper is in the sky. they're searching for the 45-year-old man. this happened 11:30 last night near 11 avenue jetty longport. two men were on eye pontoon boat when officials they believe struck a beauty on south end of jetty. both were thrown from the boat. witnesses tell us he was geding ready for bet and what he heard noise he came running and noorz a man screaming in the water and about to get the paddle board out to help. there was fishermen along the shoreline to yell to the one man they heard screaming they were

koching him on to the shorech the current was too strong for them to switch out and took about five pain to ge get to the shoreline. they were hoping the friend was noktd out on the boat. they learned later he was flown over board. here's what the nearby residents had to say. >> they hit the buoy i i was about to go to. >> i heard help screaming and i knew somebody was in the water you could tell. then he started screaming his friend's name. back here live you can see the helicopter from the coastguard is in the air. they're concentrating the search from margate bridge to longport. again, still no sign of the 45-year-old man. the coastguard was assisted by local police and fire crews. state police was here. they will be here later on
