landing road near aerial road. the action cam was at a nearby home. police are searching for a known suspect who took off in the victim's car. we'll stay on top of the story and bring you details. information is emerging about the alleged trigger man at the shooting of the mercy fitzgerald hospital. richard plotts is accused of killing tracy hunt and shooting with his psychiatrist dr. lee silverman. he suffered a graze wound, but out of the hospital this morning. scott so the is at the hospital of university of pennsylvania to shed light on the alleged

shooter this morning. >> reporter: "action news" spoke to his alleged wife she described an abusive relationship that he would try to kill her, she said he was violent and abusive and belongs in jail. >> reporter: he was controlling and very violent. >> words from the wife of richard plotts who asked that we not use her name. a massive police response to wellness center, case worker, teresa hunt, he shot and killed her. his doctor pulled his own gun and they exchanged gunfire. silverman was shot in the head and plots was shot three times. . he was physically violent and mentally abusive, i the many times he was in and out of jail, i never thought that he had changed from any of that. so i'm not surprised. >> investigators are trying to determine who shot the case
