because the weather is great. take a look satellite has some cloud cover out to the west but we are seeing a lot of holes getting punched in those clouds. a lot of sunshine over the horizon later on and we'll have sun mixing with some clouds today. over all should be pretty good. my twitter follower lynn in blackwood new jersey posts 60 degrees right now. as you take a look at temperatures we're still at 61 in millville but 66 in philadelphia, 62 in wilmington, 60 in reading. allentown at 59 degrees also down on the boardwalks on the jersey shore mid 60's this morning. mainly clear and pleasant, 64 by 6 o'clock, 66 by 8:00 a.m. in philadelphia and as we head in through the day it is going to be warm this afternoon but with low humidity it's going to feel pretty good. 68 by 9:00 but 75 by noon. real pleasant afternoon as you get started with your afternoon chores and errands or maybe just some fun. 80 degrees by 3 o'clock, sun mixing with some clouds. that is your high. and then 74 by 6 o'clock. karen, things do change over the next several days. we'll have that for you in the

accuweather 7-day. >> enjoy it while we can. last time we looked at this shot in tinicum township we saw jammed solid on i-95 northbound at 420 because of that late running construction. now you see the difference. construction is cleared, traffic is moving much better all lanes back opened. as you're leaded to the airport you're not going to hit a jam right there. schuylkill expressway eastbound near spring garden that construction is clear there. a couple of accidents though to check on. let's get the latest in lower gwynedd township we've got a camera to show you the shot. this is montgomery county 309 southbound at welsh road. this is bethlehem pike. we could see the flashing lights. police still on the scene with this. we've got a couple vehicles there. police officers here on the scene partially blocking traffic and this is on 309 southbound. traffic is getting by. just look for that intersection partially blocked on 309 with that accident still out there. and in newark new castle county this is accident brought down a pole so now they've shut down old baltimore pike still closed at old coooches bridge road.

>> thank you karen. two carjackers arraigned overnight. katherine scott is live in tioga with more on this coming show of support. good morning, katherine. >> reporter: good morning, tam. the community is certainly come together over this to remember these children. also this has drawn the attention of nba great former 76er charles barkley. he's offered to pay for the funerals of these three children and he's been in communication with the family to make sure that happens. meanwhile the family is organizing a vigil for tonight at 6 o'clock here in tioga where this all happened at germantown and allegheny. people have been coming from all over the city to remember the siblings, 10 year old thomas reed, 15 year old keieara williams and seven year old terrence moore. their mother was critically injured in the crash and a family friend selma brown broke her ankle. two men are behind bars for a

carjacking a real estate agent sexually assaulting her and then losing control of the car they stole. they hit the family who was selling fruit on the street corner for a church fundraiser. the two men were arraigned overnighter and denied bail. the charges come after a three day man hunter, a reward of more than $100,000 was offered. the city says it's sorting out who will get what but some say the cash had nothing d to with the tips generated or residents and business owners who shared surveillance video. >> the reward, yeah, was pretty hefty but i don't know that the witnesses spoke out necessarily because of that. i think three children are dead in your community so i believe their conscience really got the best of them. >> reporter: and city council president darrell clarke was out here last night. he says the city owns part of this lot and they're considering building a permanent memorial for these three children. we're life in tioga, katherine scott, channel6 "action news. >> thank you, katherine. israel stepping up its offensive in gaza once again. watch as explosions rattle a

and the winds are picking up a bit out of the northwest at 10 miles per hour but that's about as strong as they're going to be today. i know it got real blustery yesterday afternoon but we're starting see that die down as that area of low pressure spins off to the north and east. cloud cover to the west is mainly falling apart. we'll probably get a few clouds occasionally sweeping in but generally speaking it's sun with some clouds at times. 66 degrees by 8:00 a.m. by 11:00 a.m., 73 and by 2 o'clock 78 degrees with that high of 80 striking briefly at 3 o'clock. most of the afternoon though we'll be in the 70's and 77 by 5 o'clock. low humidity, comfortable, light winds today. high temperatures up in the lehigh valley real nice. how about 76 degrees? that's like a springtime high temperature. 77 in reading, 78 in trenton, seventy nine wilmington and down the shore 75 and 77 depending on where you are down along the beach. then tomorrow it still looks nice because the next front is still going to be far enough out to the west to not have a great effect on us. we'll probably bump our numbers up a few degrees in the afternoon but other than that the humidity should still behave itself.

it's thursday where we'll probably start feeling a little bit stickier. your exclusive accuweather 7-day forecast, 80 is the high today, refreshing. it's going to be a nice one out there. and then tomorrow partly sunny and still pretty nice with a high of 84. a bit more humid during the day on thursday, 85 but it still looks like we're dry and then friday warm and humid, 85 degrees and at that point a front will be coming close enough where we could see a late day or night time spotty thunderstorm. most of you won't see that but friday is going to be the day where we begin to transition into a little bumpier weather. for the weekend saturday and sunday it looks like low to mid 80's. clouds and sun both days and there is the chance of a shower or a thunderstorm. spotty in nature mainly in the afternoon and evening. i think there's a billy joel concert this weekend at citizens bank park and people are tweeting me how is that going to be. clouds and sun overall. we can't totally rule out a storm but they are going to be spotty this weekend and it still looks a little unsettled on monday. >> for you like billy joel said one, two, three, four, pressure.

better. we're looking good here. how about some other areas. in newark we've got this problem with old baltimore pike closed shut down all morning an accident was out here and also brought down a pole. whenever things bring down a pole it will take longer. this is happening at old cooches bridge road. in the suburbs in new jersey gloucester township in camden county white horse road closed between station avenue and burnt mill road so watch for this one. remains closed for awhile here stick to the black horse pike. clues landing road closed between lower landing road and somerdale road. this began yesterday. it lasts through tomorrow while they do construction out there. so, old black horse pike is a good alternate for that one. let's check your commuter traffic report which you can be a part of when you download the free waze app. finding someone in pottstown complaining about something shot road here. inn pottsgrove so look for that one. how about temperatures. we mentioned how cool it is in the city. in the suburbs we're in the mid 50.

>> watch as a tornado kicks up dirt and debris while damaging farmland in colorado. this is video of one of several twisters reported in the state yesterday. a funnel cloud spotted just north of denver international airport forced passengers to take shelter in the concourses. a rare tornado formed north of boston cutting a 2-mile path of destruction. the national weather service says the ef-2 twister touched down in revere yesterday knocking down trees and power lines. no one was seriously hurt but it was the first tornado to hit that area of massachusetts in more than 60 years. >> let's hit the roads and see what's going on on the

>> thank you, david. the search is on in texas for the burglar who broke into a home through a doggie door. security cameras recorded the break in over the weekend but the crook didn't have such a clean get away. surveillance shows him slipping as he tried to hop on and speed away on a stolen bike he ended up leaving it behind and fleeing on foot. >> new on "action news," new york city police are looking into whether an officer went too far while busting a pregnant woman for illegal grilling. an east new york avenue casey group released these photos showing 27-year-old rows an miller struggling with an officer who appears to have her in a choke hold. police responded to the brooklyn home over the weekend because mill are was grilling on public sidewalk. that is against the law a fight broke out that ended with her, her brother and her husband all in handcuffs. >> something to do with sensitive to a pregnant woman and there was a female officer on the scene. even if they wanted to arrest with the unjustifiable arrest
