this noon, escalating violence, israel steps up its air strikes against gaza as the death toll mounts. and a rare tornado, a new england town is cleaning up from its first ever twister on record. but the big story is the final report on the 2012 train derailment in gloucester county. they say that conrail is to blame for the accident and first responders did not do their job after if happened. they are faulting conrail for the accident that leaks toxic fumes into the community. they say they did not keep the swinging bridge stationary. and that officials made bad decisions after the derailment. several workers and people that live near the accident site have reported health issues and have filed lawsuits. they say that the money response

not just today but also tomorrow, two low humidity days and then after that it gets stickier in the your forecast. for now nothing but good news, 74 degrees and the dew point slipped a little bit to 52, remember 60 is the cutoff for what you would describe as humid air, we are below that. and a comfortable breeze too, 10 miles per hour. if are you sitting in the shade s. it feels nice, 71 in trenton and allentown and 73 in wilmington and 73 in wildwood, new jersey, and there is more cloud cover filtering in through the western suburbs, and even these clouds are letting sun through, it's a fairly bright afternoon ahead. how about 76, refreshing, sun mixing with clouds, and a light breeze. the ocean water dropped a bit with the breeze coming off the ocean, you are in the 60s on the water and 76 to 78 degrees on
