a 3-year-old child who has just been pronounced dead within the past 30 minutes. "action news" reporter dann cuellar is live in the 1500 block of south eding street. dap a tragic night there. >> that's right, jim, terrible news the 3-year-old little girl died reached us just a few minutes ago she was pronounced 10:21 at children's hospital. we have captain from the police department. >> 9:40 p.m. there within an argument between owe two males on the highway. one of the males walked away and the other produced a gun and fired in the direction she was arguing. and struck two standby -- witnesses standing in the area. one 28-year-old female and 1, 28-year-old male. struck them in the arm. grays wounds. they're stable.
