pronounced at the scene. a man was able to get out with minor burns. a stray bullet claimed the life of a 3-year-old girl in the grays ferry section of philadelphia. three other people are hospitalized and detectives are questioning a person in the case, the tragedy unfolded on the 1500 block of south edding street around 10:00 p.m. last night. >> we believe there was an argument, the offender shot one male and there were other rounds that struck people that were not involved in the argument. >> reporter: one of the bullets hit the girl in the chest she died at the hospital. a man was shot in the head and two women shot were rushed to the hospital university of pennsylvania, police say they took in a person of interest. investigators have not clarified if this is the shooter or what the dispute was about. one of the busiest roads to the jersey shore has reopened after a serious crash. this accident happened around

3:30 on route 42 near black horse pike in gloucester county. investigators say the driver lost control, the vehicle flipped throwing one out and trapping two inside. firefighters were able to free them after 30 minutes. all three victims were taken to cooper university hospital. no word on their conditions. an american aid workers infected with the ebola virus is heading for atlanta for treatment. another aid worker is battling the potentially killer disease. abc's dr. richard besser is at the hospital. >> reporter: jetting out of liberia where ebola is out of control, two missioners are on their way back to america, they are being airlifted one at a time enclosed in an ice lace tent like this protecting the view from the deadly virus. it's 5,000 miles from the liberia to the united states, they will handle at a secure
