"action news" is breaking news philadelphia police charged one man in connection with last night's shooting on the 1500 block of eding street. a 3-year-old girl was killed and three other people shot. police are still looking for another person of interest. reporter annie mccormick is live now at police headquarters with the latest on this investigation. annie. >> reporter: sarah, that is right, one arrest was made. homing side detectives at this hour are working on second arrest warrant. as they work to solve this case day and night protesters against gun violence locally and nationally are all filling the streets in the name of this little girl. >> remember, tynirah, remember, tynirah. >> outrage as amnesty international shouted the name of little girl who is newest face of senseless gun violence and locally they marched on south eding street where the

shots rang out and killed her. >> her mother remembers her. >> full of life. loved everybody around the neighborhood. just was gift from god. >> investigators say friday night two men got into a fight. one pulled out a gun intended for 24-year-old striking him in the head and three others were also hit including tynirah. she was truck in the chest while getting her hair braided on the front porch. >> i heard gun shot and fran down the street and come around the corner i was asking everybody where my baby was at and nobody say nothing and somebody came over to me and say she got hit. >> 28-year-old shrida dig ins was hit in the arm and 21-year-old man shot in the leg. investigators believe the gunman took off on a but. they arrested 22-year-old douglass wood of south winggold street of murder and three counts of attempted murder and other charges. amnesty international is holding
