there you'll find the hourly and seven-day forecast and the video from our "action news" meteorologists. him. we begin with breaking news this noon, police in upper darby are investigating the death of a woman inside a home. just before 7:30, officers responded to the call to check the well-being of the woman who lives in this house on the # thousand block of -- 7,000 block of emerson avenue. >> we go upstairs in the second floor bedroom laying in the bed is a woman, 38-year-old woman obviously dead, she's got a towel thrown over her head. >> detectives are in the early stages of their investigation. as of right now, they don't know how the woman died, well, of course, keep you updated as we learn more. the search is on this noon for the second person wanted in connection with the shooting death of a 3-year-old girl.

recreation center this east germantown where dozens enjoy swimming, and a game of basketball. the goal is to make sure that children with behavioral health challenges have the same opportunities to engage in summer camp experiences as their piers. we're talking about children that have issues with depression, we have children that have autism spectrum, a lot of which have experienced trauma in their lives. >> they are offering a performing arts program. about half of half of they also kids have behavioral issues. the idea to place them in a setting to interact with mainstream campers. >> you're watching them a practice a performance they will be doing on august 15 the last day of camp. it's based off the whoopie goldberg book. this particular book speaks to
