the big story on "action news" tonight, breaking news from new york city. mount sinai hospital is currently testing a patient for the ebola virus. officials say the man was recently in west africa. he came into the hospital's emergency room yesterday with high fever and gastrointestinal problems. those are symptoms consistent with the ebola virus. he says kept in strict isolation. as whether other patients are in the e.r. last night are at risk, a spokesman said all necessary steps are being taken to ensure the safety of all patient visitors and staff.
