hurricane iselle takes aim at hawaii overnight, and iselle is a tropical storm, but julio is behind it. >> david murphy you have details on what's going on with that and what's going on with our accuweather here and karen rogers is taking a look at traffic, already flashing lights behind you. >> reporter: i know someone who is flying out hawaii, and claims that the airplane left philadelphia on time this morning. we'll see what happens. we have cloud cover to the south, and we have sunshine building into the delaware and lehigh valleys. 66 degrees in philadelphia. 54 in allentown, 66 in sea isle city. 64 by 6:00 a.m. 68 by 8:00 a.m. mainly clear skies and clouds popping up here and there. as we roll through the day, 71 degrees by 9:00. 78 by noon, the whole morning we spend in the 70s not bad.

"action news" reporter, katherine scott is live at the lincoln apartments in upper dublin where crews remained at the scene, katherine. >> reporter: one woman was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, there's no word on her condition at this time. there's quite a bit of damage from this fire. it's contained to one apartment, but they had to knock out the walls. firefighters remain on the scene. they were called before 2:00 a.m. to the woods apartment complex on the 700 block of west lincoln drive. when firefighters arrived they

could seep the flames from the outside of buildings. the resident in the apartment where it began was out on the balcony. eventually she went back into the apartment and rescued by firefighters. firefighters went door to door excavating residents it was placed under control in 35 minutes. people in nearby buildings could hear commotion. >> i was sitting in my apartment watching tv, i heard some noise outside, i hear fire department, i run outside and the buildings next to mine is totally engulfed in flames. >> you can see the damage that remains. the fire was concentrated to the end unit for the most part. firefighters were able to minimize it from spreading there's smoke damage and other damage in the apartments. in a all 8 units are affected in one way or another with up to 25 people. the red cross is trying to determine exactly how many people are in need of their assistance. katherine scott channel 6 "action news." >> thanks for the details,

katherine. new from the overnight a fast-moving fire damaged a house in philadelphia. it broke out ain the kensington section. firefighters arrived to find heavy smoke pouring from the second floor of the two story house. they were able to get the fire under control in 15 minutes. the house appears to be vacant. no word on the cause. homicide detectives are searching for the killer of a 19-year-old who was driving in the philadelphia. he was shot in the chest while driving by 10th an york streets and ended up crashing is car at 10th and dauphin streets. keith belajonas went into a jealous rage when he stabbed his wife repeatedly and shot her. after the murder, a neighbor saw him running out of the apartment
