todd isn't only charged with that home invasion robbery july 25th but also another incident in the same 1300 block of pine street, two days before that. tonight we caught up with victim maryann mchenry while she was walking a dog and who was doing much better since the beat ago this sent her to the hospital. >> i'm just glad he is not on the street anymore. very relieved. i can sleep at night. i haven't slept for days. >> police say that todd had been released from prison on a robbery conviction less than a in before this recent attack. a crook ripped off a senior citizen at her frankford atm and it was caught on the cash machine's camera. philadelphia police are seeking that man, for the strong arm robbery at 10:20 this is morning. several angles show him, snatching the 64 year-old woman's withdraw at wells fargo bank on the 5100 block of frankford avenue.

she was treated for shoulder injuries. hawaii is cleaning up tonight, from the first of a 1/2 tropical punch. tropical storm iselle lashed the the big island today downing trees and power lines and flooding roads. despite getting a foot of rain in some areas, some injuries or major damage had been reported. fortunately the second tropical system threatening hawaii has weaken, meteorologist cecily tynan is at the big board tonight tracking path and speed of hurricane julio. >> jim, fortunately julio has not only weakened but still forecast to pass 200 miles north of hawaii so no direct impact. that was not the scene though this morning with iselle, iselle hit the big island of hawaii early this morning as a tropical storm and pop graph i had a huge impact on the storm. you can see how the mountain, it is 14,000 feet, it just ripped this storm apart. now, it is really weakening and will be likely low pressure within the next 24

hours with some rain and it also, caused a major what we call, rain shadow effect, where the areas to the windward side of the mountain got tremendous amount of rain, up to 14 inches south of hilo, however on the leeward island you get that rain shadowless than a half inch of rain. it just depend where you are on the big island. i do have a live picture. thinks turtle bay, and the swells are still pretty largest specially the south, and east facing coast and this will be the main concern, over the next 24 hours. iselle and julio are both moving away from hawaii. iselle passing well down to the south and weakening to just a low pressure and julio more than 200 miles north of the the island chain, this likely will only bring in some high wind and some high surf. much better for that second blow. it is a swing and a miss, jim. >> all right, cecily. philadelphia eagles first preseason game is now in the books. the eagles lose to the chicago

death of james brady this week a homicide. brady was shot in the head, in 1981 during at as nation attempt of president ronald reagan. brady suffered brain damage and the me said today that brady's death monday was from the health consequences of the gun shot wound. the gun man john hinkley junior was found not guilty by reason of insanity back then and still at saint elizabeth's hospital in washington. the his attorney says the ruling is meaningless today because no prosecutor will bring such a case. the world health organization is issued a rare warning in response to the deadly ebola out break. today for only the third time in its history the u.n. agency declared an international public health emergency. officials say that an extraordinary response is needed to stop the out break, now the longest and largest on record. so far the ebola virus has claimed nearly 1,000 lives, across the globe. there is new surveillance

video at the heart of the lawsuit against harrah's casino in atlantic city. plaintiff rob coney said he thought he was dying after a security guard beat him and there is other video showing guard roughing up penn student sean oaks and here fighting with several members of the bins family of florida. all of the video comes from an abc news investigation and being used by a lawsuit by several harrah's guests whom they say too were mistreated and man handled. atlantic city's mayor don guardian, working to rebuild the city's image, is none too pleased. >> beating can't be tolerated. it is unacceptable. violence can't be tolerated. >> harrah's says its employees are trained to use the least amount of force and some of its workers maintain that it was the guests who caused the problems, one lawyer says more lawsuit are likely. this abc news investigation is the subject of tonight's 20/20. because it was postponed by
