trying to calm the looting. people are carrying things out of auto stores and they smashed shoe store and stole designer sneakers. an officer killed the teen that started inside the officer's squad car and spilled into the street. >> the anger and the young man in this community how they are treated by police, i think its boiled over. >> he was a good kid. they did that to him for no reason. >> police have not said how many they have arrested. they had to use tear gas, saint louis county police have requested an fbi probe of the deadly shooting. of a deadly hit-and-run in south jersey as the search goes on for the driver the fault. john rawlins is live in vined with the latest update. good morning, john. >> reporter: good morning, tam, well, this hit-and-run, this fatal hit-and-run was called into police at 9:00 p.m. last night. they were called to the 1,000 block of landis near the delsea drive intersection. the reports that someone was struck by a vehicle. when police got here they found the body of what they described a middle aged mail. he has not been publicly identified. they are having trouble locating next of kin. they are having trouble describing the hit-and-run vehicle. they will examine parts of the vehicle left at the scene. they are going to check with businesses along this commercial strip to see is if any video exists of the striking vehicle that will come later in the day once the businesses are opened

someone opened fire killing two people and the driver sped way. a 2-year-old an 4-year-old are in critical condition. 13-year-old girl is stable. also new this morning, a family survived a failed flight thanks to a soldier and good samaritan. the small plane crashed in the middle of a soccer field over the weekend in utah. staff sergeant called 911 when he noticed the plane struggling to get attitude after takeoff. he was able to pull the man out of the plane before it burst into flames. >> two, three minutes, after we pulled them out, the plane was engulfed in flames. >> two people on board suffered serious injuries, the cause is under investigation. >> 5:52, up next details on a
