record. time for "pop news," everybody. and we begin with some movie news. the force is with the new "star wars" film once again. the cast and crew of "star wars: episode 7" are due back on set after a brief hiatus. this he accommodated harrison ford's leg injury. it occurred when the movie was shooting in london and he wound up on crutches. now, though, the actor looking healthy, looking happy at the premiere of the "the expendables 3." he's in that and the new "star wars" film set for release in december 2015. so, yeah -- play on. >> knew he wouldn't be a fugitive for long. >> nicely done. are you going to go there? don't try to pun off on me. master -- >> save it. >> that's my move. >> stay in your lane, david. an incredible lane it is. also in "pop news" this morning, mr. david, it was a

home run at a recent taping of "antiques roadshow" when a woman brought in a collection of boston baseball memorabilia to be appraised. well, that collection includes baseball cards that apraisers didn't think existed anymore. indicting back to 1871. the collection was a family heirloom passed down from a great, great grandmother who ran a boarding house in boston where the team lived in the 1870s. the crown jewel was a letter to the landlady, the great, great grandmother that includes notes from three of hall-of-famers. complimenting her on her cooking. it is the biggest supports treasure ever unearthed on the show and huge win for the owner who once turned down an owner of just $5,000. worth over a million dollars. that's why we love "antiques roadshow" and that's why i brake for yard sales. thank you very much. >> you don't have to say it anymore because we know, one, two, there you go. finally in "pop news" this morning, british airways watp-a-la wsndlax. wene

next up in "heat index" a very hot topic. women making strides in the workplace. now here's a question. should women try and beef up their knowledge about sports so they can fit in better with their male colleagues? a leadership director at duke university says she sees female ceos who really benefit from being able to so-call talk sports at work. a popular article on "forbes" says the opposite suggests that if you don't like sports you shouldn't have to pretend you're interested authorized to get ahead at work. and, yeah, i can see any time you're faking it and -- >> yeah. >> but -- >> if you're authentic -- in if you do have a natural interest it's good to be up on all types of topics but i don't like how they just feel that all women don't follow sports and that it's only -- there are a lot of men who don't follow, as with he will. >> correct. >> i think what your point -- the best point you made be authentic. just be your authentic self who you are really. >> if you like to talk about shoe, it's okay. that's all i'm saying.

the honeymoon phase might end but you need to find new elms to keep love alive and watching his partner with his twins has done just that. i think it is true. it's very time-consuming, parenting, but it's also such a joy. we were just away with the kids and watching them happy is such -- it just fills you. >> i don't think that's anything sexier than a man holding a baby much that's my two cents much there's something so heartwarming about that. the protector in him, the father in him. >> you came back glowing from vacation. you said it was the best one you had yet. >> the pictures here are so fun. i'm still thinking about the zip line. >> it was challenging. it was a physical challenge. yes, so that's my story. >> what's up? >> don't we all have food challenges. decoding your cravings, doing that for you now whether it's carb, sweets or fats the foods you think you can't live without may be your body trying to tell you something. i like the way this is going. abc's abbie boudreau has more. ♪

>> reporter: could your cravings be clues that something is eating at you? let's start with the, oh, so common caffeine craving. a lot of people crave caffeine so what does it say about them. >> it might say they need some satisfaction. maybe something is going on in their life that they that's going to be the pick-me-up. nothing wrong with it in moderation. >> reporter: craving caffeine is a need for energy and a lull means you're dehydrated. instead of coffee or sodas all day long, water is a better option. >> you might need some water to quench your thirst and that might be a good trade-off. >> reporter: mm. what about if you crave ice? >> it could mean you're bored, dehydrated or thirsty, just consumed a hot bechlg and want to cool your mouth off. there have been some case reports of people craving ice when they have iron deficiency anemia. >> reporter: are you quick to order mashed potatoes and mac
