appears to be the main aggressor. he told "action news" he was sorry he did it, but he wishes he could take it back. let's look at the cell phone video. in that video you can see the philadelphia park ranger is beaten and kicked and stompled and spit when the ranger tried to enforce the no skate boarding rule. a pilots man who goes by curtis claims the ranger grabbed his friend, the witnesses say he never threw a punch, but held up his firsts. he did not fight back on purpose, because he worried he would lose his job, several bystanders tried to verbally intervene, but the others ran off. curtis said he would deal with authorities when the time culls. >> i lost my cool who are not from philly. i know i messed up, i know what i did was wrong, but i can't take it back, if i could i
