peaceful demonstration, but it deteriorated as marchers pushed to one end of the street and police in riot gear attempted to push them back. officers launched tear gas and smoke canisters. police maintain that officer darren wilson was involved in an altercation with michael brown who was unarmed. however, a preliminary autopsy ordered by brown's family may contradict that claim. it revealed the teen was shot 6 times, including twice in the head and the shots were not fired at close range. police say protesters became violent and many of their actions were premeditated. some claim the polic were the initial aggressors. >> i saw the pros -- protest protesters go down the street peaceful and i saw tear gas disbursessed and more of the

been made in the case, but as you said "action news" did track down one of the men you're about to see in the video who said that was him, he was sorry he did it, but he could face serious charge. let's go to the cell phone video taken friday afternoon in love park. in that video you see the philadelphia park ranger being beaten up, he is spit on and stomped and kicked. this happened when the ranger tried to enforce the no skate boarding rule in the park. the pilots town man claimed -- the pottstown town man claimed the ranger grabbed the men. witnesses said they they tried to verbally intervene, but the three ran off. >> i lost my cool. listen i know i was talking to people who are not from philly, i know i messed up, i know what
