>> the big on "action news" this noon is the developing news out of ferguson, missouri, an independent autopsy reveals a teenager was shot 6 times by a police officer. michael brown's family revealed the results of the autopsy they ordered this morning. it shows the 18-year-old was shot twice in the head. there were protests almost daily since brown was killed by police officer darren wilson, 8 days ago. the governor called in the national guard to restore peace in the saint louis suburb.

president obama is returning from martha's vineyard to meet with attorney general holder. >> reporter: the violence so out of control last night that the first day of school in ferguson had to be postponed again. police are on patrol and the national guard is heading here. anger boiling over. after a night of shootings, looting and police responding with tear gas. >> you're voting the date -- violating the state-imposed curfew. >> reporter: the release of a private preliminary autopsy report ordered by michael brown's family finding the unarmed 18-year-old was shot 6 times including twice in the head. the shots the medical investigators were likely not

you wt to enjoy it while it lasts, because there are changes ahead in the exclusive accuweather seven-day forecast. meteorologist david murphy has the details from the big board. david. . you're right about that, sara, there are always changes, but fortunately they don't occur today. we have 80 degrees in philadelphia. a lot of suburbs in the 70s, everybody comfortable, because the winds are dropping down out of the north and that is making for a less humid than that what we had yesterday where it was on the less sticky side. there's an area of cloud you cover that's pushing farther toward the east. areas of southern delaware are beginning to be overtaken by that. as we go through the rest of the afternoon we'll be on the look out for that as he this make a run toward center city. you can see the cloud cover settling close to wilmington, delaware and basically staying across the central, south jersey
