this is the tropical depression over the turks and caicos islands. the waves will get rough here on the eastern side of this storm. we're seeing seas of ten to 20 feet. actually if we go to storm tracker 6 live double scan we can confirm that with occupier buoy reports. we're seeing winds out of the south/southeast 20 to 25 miles per hour, gusting to 34. you get here, the seas are buildings ten to 20 feet. the spaghetti plots take it to the north, you can see the wide range in solutions. the models are having a difficult time where they want to take this thing. some have it all the way out in the atlantic some of the others push it close to the eastern seaboard before it turns to the north. it's something we have to watch closely over the next couple of days. every forecast model strengthens it into a category one

deveraux avenue at roosevelt boulevard, the driver a man in his 20s was trapped inside the vehicle. after firefighters managed to free him he was taken to torresdale hospital where's in stable condition. a driver took off after slamming a car into a pole in camden, leaving a passenger behind in a burning car, now police are trying to track down that person. the action cam was on the scene at kaighn avenue at south 7th street. the car went out of control and hit the pole and burst into flames. the passenger was taken to cooper hospital in critical condition. the search continues for the killers who gunned down two women in their mayfair home. last night homicide detectives were examining the home on vista treat for evidence. one of the victims was the homeowner dolly evans. her brother said he dropped her off yesterday afternoon after taking her grocery shopping. 30 minutes later she was dead. >> it could have been me, i
