not jammed as you come northbound toward 295. him this is trooper road northbound in montgomery county. did some shifting in the traffic pattern for the southbound lanes, things look different, blocking the left lane southbound heading toward 422 traffic can get by. the ramp from 422 westbound to trooper reopened late last night that had been closed most of the weekend for the construction. we have a close you are -- closure in hatfield. north broad street is shut down between medical campus drive and cow path road. on the northeast extension we have construction going on both ways between lansdale and quakertown they are taking out the right lane. would you like some good news, i bet you would, down in new castle county they reopened the northbound lanes of 495 on saturday, you're back in business in both directions on 495 all lanes open both ways,

this morning there's a disabled vehicle on the southbound side by route 13 dupont highway that's off to the side. all lanes open as you travel over the christina river. good news it's the first time it's been at case since june 2. >> we're detailing the cleanup and recovery from the magazine toot 6.0 earthquake in northern california. it happened yesterday morning always many were sleeping and centered 6 miles south of napa. the governor jerry brown declared a state of emergency for the region. the earthquake was the strongest to shake the bay area in 25 years. abc's taman bradley is there. >> reporter: the 6.0 earthquake sunday morning hit in the heart of california's wine county, the strongest quake to hit california in more than 20 years. it jolted thousands from their beds. >> there was explosions and burning and everybody was out in the street.

>> reporter: the tremors were so powerful they ruptured gas lines and sparked fires in this mobile home park. four homes were destroyed as firefighters struggled to put out the blaze. >> we had a major water main break outside the mobile home park which complicated the fire fight. >> reporter: the quake caused bricks to crumble off historic downtown buildings and roads buckled. >> if this keeps up, the buildings will collapse. >> reporter: napa is best known as wine country, bottles worth several hundred dollars each were tossed around in the quake. one winery escaped unscathe, but their 2014 vintage is in isortef emergency as hundreds spent the night without power or water. napa city officials say the impact here could these so much worse. so far 200 people have been treated for minor injuries and
