tractor-trailer overturned near the schuylkill expressway early this morning and that has led to overnight road closures. it happened between the where roosevelt boulevard and the schuylkill expressway westbound crews have spent more than three hours trying to get the truck out of there and clean up the mess. they hope to remove the truck in about an hour, at 5:30 a.m., the truck driver was taken to temple university hospital for an valuation. it's not clear what caused the wreck. we do know that the schuylkill expressway leading to city avenue that ramp remains closed and the ramp from the boulevard to the schuylkill expressway and to city avenue, those ramps are closed right now, but once again they are hoping to get this cleaned up in an hour, matt pellman will be following that in traffic this morning. >> reporter: good morning, it is 4:30, let's go over to david murphy, a lot of people wondering about the big holiday and what to anticipate.

>> reporter: good morning, we have more day of low humidity and tomorrow it gets stickier, lots of sunshine on the away, we have a prong of weak cloud cover that's trying to angle into the region. we talked about how we would see a drop in temperatures, and we have. trenton, 56. reading, 56. wilmington, 58. and low 60s down the shore at this early hour. as we head outside it will be cool during the morning commute. 6:00 a.m., 60 degrees, 65 by 8:00. some suburbs by 8:00 holding on to the 50s. as we roll through the day, 67 by 9:00. 74 by noon, 80 by 3:00 p.m., high of 81 probably around 4:00 p.m. before we dip back to 77 degrees by 6:00 p.m. lots of sun on the way. there's the humidity change as a warm front down south will come through the region and start to wraiz the humidity over the -- raise the humidity.

i'll have more in the seven day. >> two brazen robbers, robbed and were going to shoot a man who was carrying loads and loads of cash. it happened in broad daylight in northeast philadelphia. katherine scott has the latest on the investigation. >> reporter: the 37-year-old victim is recovering. he owns several local businesses and was on his way when he was ambushed. his gun was laying on the ground in the park parking lot. broken glass was everywhere. it happened at 6:00 p.m. in northeast philadelphia. the businessman pulled up to make a deposit inside the path mark on the 2100 block of bly, when two suspects blocked him in his spot and came up on either side of him, he was shot and a bag of money stolen containing

$70,000 in cash, police say the suspects had been waiting for that victim. >> i seen a bunch of people in the store i knew something was going on. when i came out, looked like a dodge caravan taking off. i saw a guy get out of his car and a lot of blood all over the clothing. here's an image of the van, police believe it's a white dodge caravan, it was later seen on the 7000 block of kendrid. it appears they were trying to change the license plate. if you have any information on the van police want to hear from you. >> police are looking to for the drug ring leader who stabbed and thrown into the schuylkill river. a third man who was not weighted down survived.

investigators say two of the men gambled away drug money. a tbrenld -- friend brought money to try to save them, but it was less than they owed. neighbors say they have been dealing with the stench for years, crews found trash on the 26 block of north 1th street. a backhoe was used to grab the trash and pull it out of the windows, the owner was taken to the hospital for a mental health valuation. the white house is doing damage control because president obama seemed to admit he does not have a strategy to defeat isis. his advisers stepped in to clarify. an then there's the whole thing about the tan suit. a surprising dismission by president obama who ordered

and especially monday, and maybe tuesday, as well. let's take a look at the poconos and unfortunately i think i load the wrong one of these, this will be slow. the poconos will be a little bit humid on saturday, as we roll through the weekend it gets more and more humid, particularly sunday and monday. 81 is the high if philadelphia today. it's a very nice one out there. tomorrow more humid, high of 82. looks like saturday is dry. down the shore in the upper 70s. sunday hot and humid, high of 90. late in the afternoon or night there's the chance of a couple of stray thunderstorms kicking in. hot and humid on monday with another high of 90. even if the dewpoint eases back a little bit it will be sticky air. monday afternoon and evening there's a better chance of showers and thunderstorms popping in. at the shore you can shave four or five degrees off these high
