connect the boulevard route 1 southbound with the schuylkill expressway westbound and city avenue southbound. let's come back out to the live picture. they have the truck up and attached to a tow truck. we're hearing they should be clearing this out in the next half-hour, if you're coming west on the schuylkill expressway, bail at montgomery, run montgomery to belmont and from there get to city avenue. if you're coming south on the boulevard, i would bail out at ridge avenue, work your way through east falls to the city avenue bridge and from there get to city avenue or the westbound side of 76. we have the blockages by the art museum because of the made in america preparations, most of eakens oval is closed off as well as the inner drive of the benjamin franklin parkway, the outer drives close at 10:00 on this friday morning. matt. >> a pair of calculating chris are on the run this morning they ambushed a businessman who was

carrying $70,000 in cash many he was about to deposit in the bank. katherine scott is live at police headquarters to bring us up to date. >> reporter: good morning, matt, the 37-year-old victim was shot once in his arm. else referring he is in stable condition at the hospital when he was taken there. police are looking for tips, they say this businessman owns several local businesses, he was going to deposit $70,000 in cash when he was ambushed. when you look at the video you can see a gun lying on the ground. that's the victim's gun. police say he never drew it, officers laid it on the ground when they arrived to make sure everything was safe. broken glass is everywhere. le this happened around 6:00 p.m. in northeast philadelphia. the businessman pulled up to make a deposit at the citizens bank branch inside the path mark when the two suspects blocked him into his parking spot and came up on either side of him. they were armed and wearing

masks. he was shot a bag of money stolen containing 70 grand. police say the suspects had been waiting for the victim. >> i seen a bunch of people in the store, so i knew something was going on. when i came out, looked like a dodge caravan taking off. i seen a guy getting out of the car a lot of blood all over his clothing. >> reporter: here's a picture of the van. police believe it's a white dodge caravan with roof racks and may have custom rims. the van was spotted and looked like the men were trying to change the license plate. katherine scott channel 6 "action news." >> police have made more progress in the search for the thugs who dumped three men into the schuylkill expressway river killing two of them. they confiscated buckets of roofing smenlt yesterday. these buckets are similar to what was used to weigh down two

of the victims who died. a third man who was not weighed down did not die. two men gambled away drug money, a friend didn't bring enough to save the men. the white house is doing damage control over the comments president obama made about isis. yesterday he had he said there's no strategy to handle the militants. now they are saying there's a plan, but it's not finalized. >> isil has come to represent the worse elements in the region, rooting out a cancer like isil will not be easy. but i'm confident we will working with our partners. >> the bombings destroyed a

was carrying eggs spilled on the westbound side of the schuylkill expressway at city avenue. the ramps are closed you can't use them at this point. we've been hearing at 6:00 a.m. they plan to open the ramps, they have a tow truck in here you can see it, they are in the process of attaching it to the cab of the truck that controversy turned before 1:00 a.m. hoping they are on time and get it cleared out in the next 15 minutes. if you're heading west on the schuylkill expressway you normally bail out for city avenue, that ramp is closed. bail at montgomery drive and take it to belmont from there you can get to city avenue. if you're coming south on the roosevelt boulevard, some of those rambles are closed, including the one to go west on the schuylkill expressway and to get to city avenue southbound, bail southbound at ridge and work through east falls and city avenue bridge and from there you can get to the schuylkill expressway and city avenue. let's do the suburban traffic

it was so bad, crews needed a backhoe to pull the garbage out of the windows, neighbors have been complaining about the property for years, the owner was taken to the hospital for a mental health valuation. a tour bus crash in canada, injured dozens of tourists. crews set up a make-shift triage in the middle of a mountain highway in british columbia where the crash occurred. all 56 passengers were hurt when the asian tour bus rolled over yesterday. 6 people are in critical condition. 15 more have serious injuries. >> the police response to protests in ferguson, missouri have led to 40 million-dollar lawsuit. it accused ferguson and saint louis county police making false arrests and assault and battery. a 23-year-old man said he was walking through the zone when he was trying to get to his mother's house, and shot with
