so very warm, very muggy, chance for a shower, i'm going to show you future tracker 6 in a minute to help you plan the day. >> reporter: look at that, karen rogers, summer has arrived. good morning everybody, we start the morning with a problem coming out of ac. there's a crash with a downed pole blocking the ramp from the black horse pike to the westbound lanes of acx. if that's the ramp you use, go to the back horse pike to the garden state parkway and get to the will also expressway. there's high water on the white horse pike near plemg pike taking out the -- flemming pike taking out the right lane. not everything is open around the art museum and the benjamin franklin parkway as they continue the cleanup from the made in america festival this weekend.

the closures are scheduled to last until tomorrow morning. i think there's a chance they open things earlier depending on how the cleanup goes. because of the closures expect detours on septa bus routes, a number of them that's running in a pattern that's not usual. matt. >> thanks, matt. an entire community in bucks county is in mourning. three sophomores from council rock high school south were killed when their suv crashed in the poconos. >> reporter: the gray skies over council rock high school south matched those in the community grieving the loss of ryan lesher, seamus digney, and cullen keffer. they were killed when the suv crashed in wayne county. >> one day you wake up, everything is good and by the end of the day, everything comes crashing down. state police are investigating the rollover crash. we don't know who was driving, but the victims were in the suv

with three other teens who were injured. ryan lesher who played basketball and soccer attended st. john's methodist, sunday the church opened the door for anyone who wanted to talk. the youth pastor as known resign for decades. >> ryan was full of energy, and full of vitality. >> reporter: the tragic loss with so many in this tight knit north hampton township community who knew the young men. >> they were so young, i knew all three of them, i was shocked. >> reporter: seamus digney was the youngest of 8 children and attended council rock south and loved playing sports. ryan lesher played will lacross. we can't thank you enough.

will broadcast live on 6abc from boardwalk hall one week from sunday. the multimillion dollar transformation of dill worth plaza into public park will open to the public on thursday. the plaza outside city hall has been under construction since january, 2012. the a 3-day celebration will follow. it will feature a cafe and ice rink in the winter. >> strong storms are moving through the region left behind it's share of damage in south jersey. "action news" was in clarks borough, gloucester county. people who live there, said the winds took down trees and limbs. a swing set was flipped on to its side. nobody was hurt. >> we're looking out for more spotty storms. >> reporter: they will not be as strong as yesterday, we had a 60-foot tree come down in south jersey, as well a 53-mile an hour wind.

president obama to take decisive action against isis. democratic senator diane feinstein said the board of education president is too cautious in his approach. senator john mccain sailed isis must be defeated not contain the. three people were injured in a lightning strike on a new york city beach. storms rolled through yesterday evening. police closed the beach for safety reasons. three victims were alert and conscious as they were taken to the hospital. >> the phillies begin a series in atlanta this afternoon while outfielder, john mayberry junior heads north to toronto in a trade. he spent 6 seasons with the phillies. in the trade phillies picked up pierre. he will suit up for the reading phillies.
