this noon, private photos becoming very public and the fbi is looking into reports of celebrity icloud hackers and it's back to school for many kids around the region. but the big story is breaking news, there is startling new information on the investigation into the crash that killed three bucks county teenagers this past weekend. an underage driver may have been behind the wheel. lets go to walter perez live outside of council rock high school with the latest. >> reporter: this is information that we have since the weekend but we could not confirm until now. "action news" learned that a 15-year-old girl from new york was behind the wheel at the time of that crash that killed three council rock kids this weekend and that she did not have her parents permission to take the suv. they picked up the four council rock kids around 4:00 and on the

way back from lunch, the suv was involved in a one vehicle rollover crash and state police say that speed was a factor and tragically as we know, three council rock students were killed and one teenage girl survived as well as one council rock students. no word now if the driver will be charged as a juvenile or an adult but a bunch of charges are pending in this case. more coming up on "action news" starting at 4:00. reporting live from holland, bucks county. >> thank you. an overturned dump truck caused travel headaches in gloucester county this morning, chopper 6 hd was over the scene of 295 north in west depford, can you see the dump truck on its side and loads of rock have fallen out. rescue crews have worked to upright the fallen truck.

the fbi is now involved in the investigation into leaked photos of famous stars. hackers posted the private and racy photo owes of several celebrities including jennifer lawrence and kate upton. marcy gonzales joins us live. >> reporter: some call it the largest hack of racy photos in history and shows how vulnerable everybody's data may be. >> naked photos from some big stars including jennifer lawrence and kate upton. he posted various pictures of the -- they are looking into the

possibility that they came from servers known as the cloud. for those using drop box, google, facebook and apple. >> even if you delete photos, they have often been downloaded to the cloud. >> people like aryianna grande says the pictures are fake. lawrence says it's an invasion of privacy. and anybody that posts the photos of jennifer lawrence will be prosecuted. they are pointing to apple, they don't know if their icloud was involved in the hack, they tell abc news they take user privacy seriously and are actively investigating this report. meanwhile, other hackers are exploiting this issue, posting

this up for us. nice picture john, but it doesn't feel all that nice and still doesn't. 89 in philadelphia and the dew point is 69 in philadelphia, but a lot of the area, has dew points up over 70 and that is what we call, oppressive. it's been going on three days in a row, winds southwest at 9 miles per hour, a little breeze but not enough to give you relief. 86 in trenton and 86 in trenton and almost 90 in philadelphia and millville. of course the heat index is 4 or 5 degrees above the numbers. and the oppressive humidity is with us the rest of the afternoon, we don't have a cold front coming through until later tonight. take it easy out there when you deal with humidity like this. cool drinks and don't overdo it. probably need your sunglasses too, and some clouds filling in

tonight and a high of 94 and hot and humid a late thunderstorm cannot be ruled out. overnight the storms are knocked down and taper off and we get down to 72. for the evening commute, the only issue is your car overheating, maybe have you air conditioning, 89 by 5:30 and getting down to 83 by 7:00, the late storm after you are done. the high heat and humidity gets shoved off the coast by the cold front and it's warm and bright and not as humid or hot tomorrow. less humid and 88 and great for the union at ppl park, and a warm and nice day on friday, and sunny and hot and not too terribly humid. by saturday we get a high of 88 and stickier and could be a shower or thunderstorm in the afternoon and evening. sunday for the evening home opener, sunny and 80 and a chance of a thunderstorm or shower around and back into the 70s on monday.
