westbound as you get on the westbound schuylkill from 30th street station, that one mostly off to the side and partially blocking the on ramp. issues in camden county on mount ephraim, a broken down vehicle in collings kood wood -- can you see a vehicle facing the long way, it's a crash taking out the left lane and penndot is on the scene. a crash on birmingham road and painters crossing at 202 at route 1 baltimore pike. and a minor scratch on the schuylkill eastbound, but the bigger deals are on the westbound side like the one approaching the boulevard.

out of philadelphia's tacony section, a 9-year-old child was shot in the head about one hour ago, dann cuellar is live on the scene, you have an update for us. >> hey guys, northeast detectives and police are on the scene here at the corner of norris and torresdale. trying to piece this together. we have a 9-year-old child being treated. a graze wound to the left side of the head, police say at 3:20 this afternoon, after the first day of school, a child, a 9-year-old was walking out of the tacony branch, free library with his mom. they were here crossing the street, a grayish, silver car flew by and started firing at someone across the street and the mother and child was here and the bullet struck the 5-year-old on the left side of his head.

plourning a tragedy. a car with five students were hit by a pickup truck, four of the girls were released and one teen was not so lucky, she is now on life support today. amy buckman is live outside of the school with more on how the students are coping there. >> reporter: well that is right classes don't start here until next week, but parents and students gathered here to share their thoughts and concerns for the soon to be freshman who is on life support. >> we opened school on thursday, we thought it was unconscionable to have kids walk in without a solidarity meeting. >> lots of hugs were exchanged from inland freshman, as they

gatherd this morning to share their thoughts and concerns about 14-year-old ash lynn cook. the elite soccer player is on life support. she is one of five main land soccer players that were on their way to a charity event saturday morning, the driver of a pickup truck crossed the center line, his pickup truck hit a box truck and the girl's car, the driver of the car, 18-year-old maddie and three other girls suffered minor injuries and were treated at local hospitals and were released. for many in this community, brings to mind the august 20th crash that killed four main line football players. now the school is rallying around the affected families and counselors are available at the school. >> we are all in this together and they do not stand alone. the teachers are aware and

an arizona range complained about the uzi she was firing. she told her family the gun was too much for her and was being hurt by the recoil. they didn't realize she shot the instructor and were focused on whether the little girl was hurt. prosecutors will not file charges in this case. wilmington police say that a young man is in critical condition after he was shot outside of a liquor store on lancaster avenue after 1:30 today. officers say despite being hit in the abdomen and the leg, the victim tries to run for help and collapsed a few blocks away and now police have no suspects or motive. over at the big board now, a break in the massive hollywood hack attack that affected more than 100 a-list celebrities with the fbi on the case, this afternoon apple made a big

announcement. after 40 hours of investigation they determined how this all happened. >> today apple revealing this, certainly celebrity accounts were compromised on a targeted attack on user names and security questions, this was not icloud or find my iphone now hollywood is doing damage control, racy photos including some of the most famous stars, including jennifer lawrence and kate upton were exposed. they called themselves blunt mastermind, posting the stars in various states of undress. some stars including arianna grande says the pictures are face. jennifer lawrence's rep calls it a flagrant violation of privacy.

after a july-like day with temperatures so far of 93 degrees, just entering western parts of lancaster county on live radar, can you see anywhere from elizabeth town and marietta, north and east skirting the part of lancaster county, torrential rain and gusty winds as it heads towards lawn at 4:55 and union square at 5:00. and this will bump into northern lancaster county and move out of our viewing area into dolphin county, south of lebanon, moving east at 25 miles per hour. any storm with lightning is on the dangerous side. all of us at this point it's quiet. 90 in allentown and philadelphia, 90 in millville

and a sea breeze at the shore, when you factor in the oppressive humidity, it's feeling like the upper 90s, satellite and radar, we are waiting for a cold front to bust the humidity, and that is in western parts of pennsylvania and the stormed fire up ahead of it and a severe thunderstorm watch is for western pennsylvania generally out of our viewing area with the excepti exception. looking to be a solid line of storms, not everyone is going to see them. you can see the storms west of the poconos and a renegade storm near wilmington, most of the area is dry and there is some hit or miss showers or thunderstorms, it's off the coast at midnight, we start your wednesday on the dry side. the severe weather risk again is out of the viewing area. up into albany, and northern new england.
