jim. we have two scenes and apparently a four hour time difference between the first and the discovery of this second scene. police after lot to figure out. right now they are trying to confirm the identity of the man found inside this car and they are on the hunt for a possible shooter. philadelphia fire fighters work quickly to put out a car fire in this ol any alley way on lawrence street. once this smoke had cleared they found a man dead in the passenger seat. >> we have seen smoke coming in, from the air and me and my boyfriend and all of us, we ran. >> reporter: police were not far behind because they were only a few blocks away investigating a shooting that appears to be connect. northwest detectives say around 4:00 p.m. on the 400 block of roselyn, witnesses say two men were in the vehicle matching same description as a car at this second scene. the shots were fired. the passenger was struck in the head. those witnesses say the driver took off with the shooting victim. police spent three hours work ago this first scene and speaking with star watson, the sister of the possible victim.
