transformer in bensalem centered along joshua drive. it's dark, but we're seeing headlights in belmawr, camden county 42 northbound, a gathering crowd heading toward 295. >> firefighters discovered a man's body inside a burning car in philadelphia burned beyond recognition. police believe this was the endingful a story that began with a shooting earlier. annie mccormick has all the details, good morning. >> reporter: good morning, tam, two crime scenes that police are connected. it's a gruesome discovery, the body was badly burned, because of that, it will take time for the homicide detectives to make an identification. a woman came forward and said the victim was her brother.

the witness took a video of the car engulfed in flames. that's when fire crews discovered a man in the passenger seat. it happened in an alley in olney at 8:00 p.m. star watson said the victim is her brother. at the time of the discovery, northwest detectives were close by investigating reports of another crime reports of shots fireside and vehicle matching the description of the one on fire. witnesses say the passenger in that vehicle the man was shot in the head and the driver took off with the passenger inside. the shooting was reported around 4:00 p.m. detectives called local hospitals and officers were on foot patrol looking for the vehicle. >> about an hour later we seen the smoke in the air, we got to

according to police she wrecked that vehicle. she -- someone stopped to help her and she drove off with that person's car. she is driving on a suspended license. a family is suing the district over an asthma attack. the father said if the nurse was on duty his daughter would be alive. the school district said the review of the case saidment staff at bryant e bryant are not responsible for the child's death. police have made arrests in a double murder. joseph can only and his wife olga was shot to death last september 22 they worked at c

president obama will put together an international coalition to battle isis. they have executed their second american hostage. a local counterterrorism expert said it is likely u.s. intelligence analysts are staking out isis targets both abroad and here at home. jeffrey tomlinson used to work on the fbi task force in philadelphia. he said analyst also must work with the assumption that they are already in the county and gather evidence in support or against that theory. in terms of of a national threat, tomlin said the alert is between elevated and immanent. >> hundreds gathered at central florida for the a vigil of the latest isis target stephen sotloff. earlier in the day a
