for his mother last year. they say that timothy donnelly shot her as he robbed his mom's house in 2013, he took jewelry and coins while his mother was on vacation. a township soup inviter is facing charges after allegedly stealing from his municipality. frederick ziegler is out on $5,000 bail tonight and the douglas township supervisor stole a chainsaw and a propane tank and used township money to buy $340 in gas. philadelphia authorities are looking for an armed gunman that robbed a southwest 7-eleven last week. on the location on southeast 7th street. he points the gun at two clerks and demands money and then the suspect walks out with $200. no one was hurt. >> two men are facing criminal charges following a police chase

in wilmington last night. a story our delaware bureau is following all day today. officers tried to stop the suspects jackson and mitchell for a traffic violation at 11th and spruce streets. the car took off and during the chase one man leaned out and started firing at officers and then threw the gun out of the window, both were arrested a short time later. jackson and mitchell are both being held without bail tonight. well, the state of delaware is pumping $5 million into six struggling schools, they are all in wilmington and they are the lowest performers in the state. they are designated priority schools and the money goes to implementing plans in the schools and that including children living in poverty. they face barriers to learning that the rest of us
