visibility here. northbound at 420 construction brocking the left lane. i-95 approaching cottman, we can see the fog reduced visibility no extra construction to worry about no delays just yet on i-95. this is the ben franklin bridge, that's your westbound traffic heading toward 8th and vine, construction blocks the two right lanes this morning, once again we have one additional rain just in time for the morning rush. that's been causing a slow go even with one lane blocked. >> this is new morning, a young man was shot and killed along a street in chester county while trying to get into his car. the action cam was at the scene at 26 hunt block of boil street. the call came in at midnight. when police arrived they found the man lying next to the car. the victim was pronounced at the scene, no word on suspects or

motives. chopper 6 was over a fire in trenton, new jersey, as crews worked to douse the flames. it broke out at a building on mull berry street at 9:30. the structure is across the trenton freeway or route 1. >> philadelphia police have a man in custody and plan to file murder charges in connection with a shooting and car fire. family and friends of raphael rivera gathered to console one another and ask for justice. the father and his body was found burning a short time later. the suspect is the owner of the car. camden, new jersey has been one of america's most dangerous city. homicide are down, 51% from 2012. violent crime is down 22%. the change is credited to cutting edge technology. analysts watched 121

talk how it's humid and when we get over 70 we talk about borderline oppressive humidity. storm tracker 6 live showing the humidity as we go into the afternoon and the warm front gets us into unstable air mass there's chance of spotty thunderstorms later this afternoon into the early evening hours. that little movement is between 3 and 6:00 p.m. this will filter away quickly this evening. this afternoon you want to let the kids know there could be something rumbling around there. maybe you have a poncho. clouds and sun in allentown, 87 degrees. clouds and sun, muggy at the shore, 82 degrees, that's where we'll widespread up there. in philadelphia we're going for a high of 89. clouds and sunshine, a spotty thunderstorm is possible, particularly during the afternoon hours and early evening. here's how we'll get there
