"action news" big board with the details. >> the problem today is the same one we had yesterday, the area of low pressure is down to the south now and it is dishing a counter clockwise slow you get around the flow, thank is putting moisture overhead and we have all the clouds overhead. sunshine in the northern and western suburbs, as for the rain, these main showers are going to try and pinwheel up into the counties that are along the coast. after that there is a chance they go this way. the low is not coming off the coast but floating out to sea. we cannot rule out drizzle or a break away shower that make its to philadelphia. the best chances are in the counties to the south the rest of this afternoon and perhaps into early evening because. that on shore flow, we have a couple of issues, the coastal flood advisory for flooding

meteorologist, and our collection of weather related photo owes and videos. home depot is acknowledging that their payment systems were hacked in a massive data breach. the hackers broke into the payment system using the same malware used to steal the information from 40 million target shoppers, home depot says the investigation is focused on transactions dated to april this year. also, it doesn't appear that online customers were impacted. a software expert says he is not surprised by this hack. >> companies have a lot of data are targeted more often and more heavily. >> home depot will cover any fraudulent charges and is offering free i.d. protection for customers they will have terminals at their stores by the end of this year. they apologize for not notifying

the 17 was likely shot down from high energy objects from outside of the aircraft. it does not blame anyone, close to 300 people were killed, most on board were dutch. a u.s. air marshall was taken to the hospital after he was stabbed with a syringe at an airport overseas. it happened sunday night while the air marshall was weighting to board a flight in nigeria. he is now here. another air marshall grabbed the syringe and now the center for disease control is testing its contest and the attacker took off and now they are looking for any motive. >> why did this person target a u.s. marshal, did this person knowingly target u.s. marshals and was it for the intent of

counties and i-95. anything in philadelphia may be very, very light. up in allentown clouds mixing with sun and we have seen that so far today. a bit breezy and 75 degrees, down the shore, if you take away the clouds and the chance of rain, not a bad day, high of 75 degrees and the chance of a spotty shower around and some drizzle. we mentioned we have rip currents strong on the water and not a good day to be on the beach and not a good day to be on the water. 77 degrees and mostly cloudy today in philadelphia, spotty rain and drizzle is possible and the best chance of that is closer to the coast in those coastal counties in delaware and south jersey, cloudy and 66 and a period of rain or drizzle. possibly early tonight and the best chance would be down to the south of city. for the afternoon and evening commute, mainly dry and can't rule out a shower or sprinkle

and the world awaits the unveiling of the next new gadget. and delaware county authorities have arrested a suspect in the case of the peeping tom. "action news" reporter, vernon odom joins us from upper darby police headquarters with the latest. >> moments ago. upper darby police tell us they have their man, a serial peeping tom suspect they are chasing since late july. 25-year-old darren brown they say is who they are searching for for six weeks now. he started prowling in late july in upper darby in the laurel manor apartment complex. brown lives in this complex and a to-time victim helped identify him as the suspect.

then fiance, rice was cut from the team hours after tmz posted this video online. the nfl then suspended him indefinitely. his wife posted this, if your intention was embarrass us and hurt us, you have succeeded on so many levels. ray rice has not spoken since the release. police are talking to several people about the shooting of a woman in her queen village home overnight. it happened on south 5th street. police say that the 32-year-old victim suffered gunshot wounds to her mouth and arm. there are signs of a violent struggle of furniture overturned. and the victim remains in extremely critical condition. police are checking surveillance cameras on board street early this morning.
