nfl commissioner, roger goodell has reviewed the video of ray rice punching his wife repeatedly, he says he has not ruled out the possibility of him returning to the league following the suspension and says he requested the video but was never given it. a south florida is charged with killing his five children and dumping them in alabama. timothy ray jones led officers to their bodies that was covered on a secluded dirt road. they range in age from 1 to 8 years old. no word on what jones's motive may have been.

in the water, not a good day to swim and there are no lifeguard there's after labor day. you don't want to chance it. clouds mixing with sun and warmer than yesterday and winds down running 6 to 12 miles per hour. no higher than that. dipping to 68, that isn't too cool. some suburbs won't go below that. and it will feel more and more humid as the morning hours enshoe sue -- and no issues to prevent you from getting home and 81 by 4:00 and 79 by 5:30 and 6:00, 73 degrees. hopefully the traffic doesn't come to a stop like it did there. sometimes it doesn't run as smoothly as that graphic would indicate. 76 for the phillies, that is a warmer and milder forecast and not as windy and still holding on to the low 70s as the phillies take the advantage with the series with the pirates.

then we get into tomorrow, the storm prediction center placed the entire region at a slight risk for severe weather, that means that any storms that form, could produce damaging windses. not hail so much but damaging windses and heavy downpours and lightning. most of the day is looks dry and humid and really, really warm. as we go into the later afternoon hours and up into the evening, that is when some of these thunderstorms to the north and west will start coming through and they won't be everywhere and they could produce strong damaging bursts of wind ahead of them. by 11:00 some of this stuff will be over south jersey and cleavering a little bit in the overnight hours, your exclusive accuweather seven-day forecast, clouds and sun today and a nice one, tomorrow humid and 88 with the chance of a late day or night time thunderstorm, starting in the midwest and ending up at the shore. less humid and a high of 78.

a 32-year-old woman shot in the face in her queenville able home has died from her injuries, homicide investigators are now trying to figure out who pulled the trigger. the shooting happened on the 900 block of south fifth street. they questioned several people at the home, or who may have witnessed the shooting or be involved. they have arrested the driver responsible for the hit and run last night. 29-year-old juan garcia surroundered to police early this morning. he was the person driving the white pickup truck according to police that killed arman lopez. a tip led police to the white truck on monday and he is held on $150,000 bail. newcastle county police have arrested and charged a woman that they say hit a man with her vehicle. workers alerted them to a domestic dispute in elmhurst.
