police chase went from the roadway to the railway in delaware county overnight. the action cam is where the suv stopped on the septa track also near 1:30. police attempted to stop the driver for traffic violations, instead the driver drove off the road on to the tracks and fled on foot. police are questioning one person and possibly searching for a second person related to this. an armed robber is on the run in northeast philadelphia. he held up the slefnt on the 1400 -- slefnt on -- 7-eleven on the 1400 block of costman avenue. police are reviewing the security video to identify the man. a driver in camden who police say caused one crash slammed his suv through a fence a short time later. the action cam was at the scene at 26th and river avenue. the vehicle rolled over before

coming to a rest. the driver is in the hospital in stable condition. police say another driver involved in the first wreck wherewithals not seriously hurt. going on to the "action news" exclusive, the search continues for an attacker who showed no mercy to a woman in a wheelchair. it turned violent when she resisted. katherine scott has more. >> reporter: good morning, tam, police are working on getting the surveillance video of the attack in the hopes they can get a better description of the suspect, a teenager somewhere between 14 and 18 years old they believe he is behind two attacks since monday, the most recent attack it happened yesterday morning, the victim spoke to "action news" a little bit about what happened to her. she is 61 years old, she said she suffered from multiple discloses for more than 30 years and in a wheelchair. it was 10:20 yesterday morning when she was on her back from the shop rite at island and
