the track star went inside. proceedings got underway shortly after 9:30 local time. the judge began by summarizing several weapons charges. 27-year-old pistorius was found guilty of one weapons charge and acquitted of two more. yesterday, the judge said the prosecutors failed to approve that he intended to kill other other -- killing her on valentine's day. >> totality of this evidence, in this matter, the unanimous mouse decision of this court. >> reporter: and reeva steenkamp, a model who had dating pistorius a few months. he testified he thought she was an intruder when he fired through the door of his

bathroom. there will be a separate sentencing hearing that could weeks away and again, we are waiting to hear pistorius will be able to remain free on bail that he has been convicted of culpable homicide and the weapons charge. katherine scott channel 6 "action news." >> thanks, breaking overnight, a 6 hour manhunt for an escaped school shooter ended in ohio. officials in lima ordered an neighborhood lockdown when t.j. lane and two other inmates scaled the perimeter fence. two of the three escapees did not get very far. lane was found a few miles away outside a church. he returned without putting up a fight. the third inmate was recaptured a short time later. he is serving three life sentences for killing three high school students. police provided the families

body in susquehanna county. the philadelphia district attorney is looking at newly released video of a park ranger attack in love park. it appears to contradict the ranger's earlier statement. it shows the ranger putting up his fists and trading punches with curtis tanner. williams testified in court that he did nothing to provoke the skate boarder's violent attack on him. d. ancht seth williams -- d.a. seth williams wants the whole story. >> we'll review it it's under investigation and we'll let the chips fall where they may. >> video shows the three skate boarders kicking and beect the park range -- and beating the park ranger. they were arrested and charge with assault.
