the mystery surrounding a stabbing in south philadelphia. the owner of trinity staffing services was working inside of the building at 2340 south broad street when somebody came in and stabbed herself times in the chest and she is in critical condition at this hour. john rawlins live at the scene of the crime. >> reporter: well, according to police the victim is a 53-year-old woman and according to her social media, she has roots here in south philadelphia and describes herself as a conservative christian and we spoke to her pastor when she was undergoing surgery. her condition was stable but critical. >> owner caroline franklin was working inside of the no frills office and a man came in and asked about a job and stabbed her multiple times and fled with her church and franklin walked

calmly across the street to the hospital and was taken to the hospital. >> i was concerned over the past four years there is nothing i haven't even heard an argument upstairs. the assailant is a man in his 40s with a goatee and corn rows. >> she is fair and polite and she is not, i can't say nothing bad about her. he says many that come here are exoffenders from halfway houses looking for work. they come home and send most of them down here. >> she finds them temporary work? >> yes, they are required to work when they come home. >> and this man had a less charitable work. they deal with ex-cons and they

feel like they can treat them any which way. they are trying to get into the workforce and make a living for themselves. they really degrade themselves. >> you feel disrespected. >> clearly differing views of the process. the victim is in critical condition and her assailant still at large. we have breaking news from the city of camden tonight, okay returned that police arrested two men in connection with the savage attack on a homeless woman that the 54-year-old woman was beaten and raped and had her ears nearly severed. the gunman wanted for the murder of a pennsylvania state trooper is added to the fbi's most wanted list.

31-year-old eric frein is wanted for the ambush that killed one state trooper, bryan dickson and wounded another. they believe he is still in the area either pike county or monroe county or lower new york state. the edition to the fbi 10 most wanted list brings with it a $100,000 reward in edition to the $75,000 reward offered by the police and other state agencies. meanwhile services were held for dickson today ♪ ♪ as the drums kept cadence and the church bells tolled thousands of law enforcement officers gathered outside of st. peter's cathedral, brian dickson was gunned down last friday, they stood ten deep for blocks
