let's get that chilly accuweather forecast, which david will transform into something different. >> reporter: it is kind of cool, but over the weekend we'll be warming up. it will be a bright start out there, get those shades ready if you're behind the wheel. 59 in philadelphia. 57 in wilmington, 51 in allentown, low 60s down the shore. as we head out the door to catch the school bus, 56 by 6:00 a.m., 58 by 8:00 a.m. clear skies and a few clouds around. 60 degrees by 9:00 a.m., 66 by noon, 3:00 p.m. 70 a little on the warm side, but with a light breeze blowing it will feel different than earlier in the week. 71 is the high, by 6:00 p.m. we're back in the upper 60s. that weekend warmup coming up in

time the exclusive accuweather seven-day forecast. matt? >> see you in a bit. thank you, david. >> a massive fire let up the early morning sky in the city's kensington section one person is injured and firefighters had to ring four-alarms. katherine scott is live at the command post along catherine street. katherine, the fire is under control. we know that a 45-year-old man was taken to the hospital with serious burns. we don't know his exact condition at this time, we are awaiting an update from fire officials. as i mentioned, progress is being made, but there's work left to do. firefighters are blasting water into the flames that remain. as you can see this was a big fire earlier as you look at the flames we got in the last couple of hours. there was a course of fear of spreading. there are working warehouses surrounding the site that might have have had some damage.

the extent of the damage, we don't know. the fire started around 2:30, it was gaining steam at this warehouse in kensington, located at york and american. additional units were called in, it hit four-alarms. it was placed under control at 4:12 a.m. we know a 45-year-old man was taken to the hospital, we don't know if he was inside the warehouse. we were hearing that the warehouse was vacant, we're getting more from fire officials, firefighters are at work. avoid this area if you can, there are a lot of closer around here, a lot of equipment as firefighters continue to blast the flames live in kensington, katherine scott channel 6 "action news." >> new this morning, philadelphia police are investigating an assault on a high school football player. chopper 6 was overhead as the player from ben franklin high

school was taken to hanheman hospital for treatment. police picked up this teenage girl, both the female and the player ended up at central detectives. police are looking into reports that the girl led an ambush on the football player in the playground in the spring garden section after practice. >> the fbi put accused cop filler, eric frein on the most wanted list. earlier in the day, police armed with shotguns blockaded the roads leading in and out of canadensis. >> my husband thought he could outsmart the cops getting into the area using five or six different back roads, it's barricaded all over.

firemen and fire women getting it under control at 4:12, not before a 15-year-old male went through serious injuries. keeping an eye on that. we're hoping to hear more from firefighters and the fire commissioner at some point during the morning. we'll bring you that as soon as we get it. there are traffic concerns connected with this, let's go over to karen rogers with more. >> reporter: we have massive flames in kensington. it will cause a notch of problems, crews have the water hoses trained on the fire. it is under control. it is centered around american street and york street. you can expect closures around that. we expect on third, bow dean, philips and dauphin, swell. stay away from this if you can, fire crews will be on the screen for a while already under control.
