near dunns mill road. salem county new jersey, action station road we have construction blocking a lane until 4:00 p.m. this afternoon. >> developing overnight a second person involved in a tour bus crash in delaware has died. katherine scott is live outside of christiana hospital where all the victims are being treated. good morning, katherine. >> reporter: good morning, tam, 50 people were on board the tour bus overnight we did learn that a second person has died. this remains under investigation this happened around 4:30 yesterday in new castle. investigators say the tour bus is owned and operated by am-u.s.a. suppress. heading from washington to new york city. it was only the southbound ramp of route 13 when it lost control and flipped on its roof and slid down the embankment. parents were scattered around

the crash site. a woman was pinned under the bus and pronounced at the scene. 30-year-old from istanbul died at the hospital. the driver was identified and is being treated for minor injuries. the 49 passengers are part of a sightseeing tour group bassed out of new york city. one man said he was driving by the crash scene after it happened and he jumped out to help in whatever way he could. >> there were a lot of people screaming for help and a lot of of them were bleeding, it was hard to take in all at once. >> state police were working with the ntsb to determine the cause of the crash. katherine scott channel 6 "action news." >> two men are on the run after a triple shooting at a cookout in southwest philadelphia overnight. police say the gunman sprayed 21 shots along the 1300 block of south paxton street as the group was barbecuing on the front

porch. a 48-year-old man was shot four times. a 21-year-old man is in critical condition. a 28-year-old woman suffered a graze wound. police are trying to determine which victims were intended targets. nurses at crozer-chester medical center remain on strike this morning for a second straight day. their union plans to rally this evening. 550 of the delaware county hospital nurses walked off the job yesterday morning, they have been working without a contract since june 8. they want to see more nurses hired to help them cover patient needs. >> it's unsafe as far as taking care of the patients there's not enough nurses and people at the bed side. >> this is not good we wanted to do, but something we had to do. >> reporter: crozer-chester said staffing leaves are fine, discipline strairlts --

administrators claim the issues are salary cuts. >> the pennsylvania candidates for governor face off tonight. tom corbett will take on tom wolf in hershey this evening. wolf maintains a steady lead in the polls. this is the first of three debates the next one is scheduled to takes place in philadelphia next week. president obama kicks off a visit to the united nations tomorrow. he will visit the clinton foundation forum on tuesday. thursday the president will be partly of a u.n. meeting on the ebola outbreak in west africa. the revel casino will be auctioned off on wednesday. a florida developer glen straub offered $90 million cash for the shuttered resort. he plans to open up the revel in three weeks if no one comes in with a bid before the auction closes. >> the eagles rallied to win
