expressway westbound traffic is coming into city we have construction blocking the right lane again, inboard don town we had an accident overnight that involved a vehicle that went into a building in bordentown, 206 near dunns mill road. >> developing this morning word came in overnight that a second person has died following a tour bus crash in new castle delaware. scott ask the is live outside christiana hospital where several of passengers are being treated, katherine? >> reporter: matt, we did learn overnight that the second person died at the hospital last night. 48 other people were injured and this crash remains under investigation this morning. this all happened around 4:30 yesterday afternoon in new castle. it happened on the route 1 southbound ramp for route 13 when the bus lost control. the flipped off its roof and slid down the embankment.

a 54-year-old woman from new york was trapped under the bus and was pronounced at the scene. 30-year-old woman from turkey dialed at the hospital last night. the driver was being treated for minor injuries. the 49 passengers were part of a sightseeing tour group respondersed by eworld travel -- sponsored by e-world for example and tours in new york city. state police are working with the ntsb to investigate the cause of the ramp. >> it's an on and off ramp on the curve to determine the circumstances why the bus overturned. we have a good idea what we're looking at, we need to confirm that through the facts and the evidence at the scene. >> reporter: police say whether any charges are filed in the case depends on the course of the investigation. katherine scott channel 6 "action news." >> thanks, katherine. smoke and flames forced five people out of the a home in

bucks county it's new this morning. the fire broke out in levittown at 1:30. it took crews a half-hour to get the fire under control. investigators say the fire started in a trash can in the back of the house. ten days later there's no confirmed sighting of the accused cop killer eric frein. it is police have recovered an assault rival they suspect he was carrying when he allegedly shot two state troopers. corporal bryon dickson died and alex douglass was wounded. frein planned the attack for maybe months. >> it is clear that he has been planning this for sometime. i don't want to go beyond that with the specifics of what he has told other people, but it's clear to us, that he has been -- he held these believes and and i think others didn't believe he would act on this.

walt whitman bridge. >> a second person involved in a tour bus crash in delaware has died. katherine scott is outside christiana hospital where the victims are being treated. good morning, katherine. >> reporter: good morning, tam, 50 people were on board the tour bus, all were injured to some degree overnight we did learn that a second person has died. this happened yesterday afternoon around 4:30 in new castle, the tour bus was owned and operated by am-u.s.a. tours it was heading from washington to new york city. it was on the route 1 southbound ramp from route 13 when it lost control and flipped on to its roof and slid down the embaernkme around the crash site and taken to several different hospitals. a 54-year-old woman from new york was pinned under the bus and pronounced at the scene. 30-year-old from istanbul died
