police in charlottesville, virginia hunt for a man in connection with the disappearance of a college student. >> a philadelphia police officer is hurt while chasing a suspect. >> but the big story on "action news" this noon is the investigation into the deadly tour bus crash in delaware. >> two people were killed and dozens hurt including the driver of the bus. katherine scott joins us live from christiana hospital in newark, delaware, with the latest on the investigation. katherine. >> reporter: well, sarah and rick two women have died and three passengers remain at christiana hospital in critical condition. all 50 people on board were injured in some capacity. it is early on in the investigation, but police do not believe drugs or alcohol were factors at this crash. a tour bus on its side the

"action news" reporter, vernon odem is live in up land, delaware county where the picketing continues at this hour. >> reporter: day two of this labor impasse of this strike has been uneventful no incident or arrests so far even though this labor impasse is getting bitter. some 550 nurses hit the picket line yesterday morning for what they want to be a two-day strike. they've working without a contract since early june. the union members say this is not about their paycheck but grave concerns about staffing levels here. >> right now now in crozer we
