injured scattered across the scene in new castle. emergency responders were called to the route 1 southbound ramp to route 13. it lost control and flipped on its roof and slid down it is embankment. this man and his friend drove by after the crash. >> there were a lot of people screaming for help and a lot of them were bleeding, it was hard to take in at once. >> reporter: the 49 passengers were part of a sightseeing tour group sponsored by e-worldwide tour out of chinatown in new york. >> we got the first aid can it and helped what we could. >> reporter: a woman was pinned under the bus and pronounced at the scene. a 40-year-old from i istanbul dd last night. >> it's on and off ramp and

>> philadelphia police are looking for two men who fled the scene after three people were shot during a barbecue overnight. it happened on the 1300 block of south paxton street in southwest philadelphia before midnight. 21 shots were fired. two men are in critical

university student is speaking out pleading for information about his daughter. >> for the second straight day hundreds of nurses are on transcribing at crozer-chester medical center. 3500 nurses started walking the picket line yesterday. they have been without a contract since june. "action news" reporter, vernon odem is live in up land, delaware county where the picketing continues at this hour. >> reporter: day two of this labor impasse of this strike has been uneventful no incident or arrests so far even though this labor impasse is getting bitter. some 550 nurses hit the picket line yesterday morning for what they want to be a two-day strike. they've working without a contract since early june. the union members say this is not about their paycheck but grave concerns about staffing levels here. >> right now now in crozer we

have had departments close, we are now 550 nurses. we were 800 nurses a few years ago, and our issue is they have not left enough nurses to care for the patients. >> reporter: the administration said their staffing competes national standards and they receive $100,000 in salary. >> we're happy to say our patients are showing a lot of confident in our services. all our services are open. we're open for business, we welcome anyone we're accepting new patients, we're ready and things are going smoothly. >> reporter: the management hired replacement nurses for five days saying that's necessary to get top-flight team of nurses. nurses say that's a punitive move a jab at the strikers saying they won't be able to to

with before she disappeared off the face of the earth. they believe 32-year-old matthew bought drinks for 18-year-old graham after she had been drinking heavily. police say the two got into matthew's car which they searched and testing for any clues. >> we have them together after they left the restaurant. >> reporter: matthew walked into charlottesville police department on saturday and asked for a lawyer. he got one and left without answering confess from law enforce. he sped away from the station at high speed and now they have i should an arrest warrant charging him with reckless driving. many uva students helped police search for hannah and clues. >> somebody knows what happened to hannah. we don't know who that is. but somebody knows. >> reporter: police say the
