exit ram top route 13, to 120 tomorrow afternoon final leg of sight seeing trip new york to washington and the bus was rounding the curb and flipped to the roof and came to rest on left side as it slid down an embankment. it carried 49 passengers, two were killed. they've been identified as 54-year-old woman from new york and a 30-year-old woman from turkey. at least two dozen others were injured including the driver, 56-year-old jinly js jao. there's no indication he was under the influence of drugs or alcohol. investigators are looking into driver logs to determine how long he was on the road without a break. federal records show the bus company am u.s. express had one other accident over the past two years. it had two violations for not keeping drivers logs up to date. overall, the company, which operates 7 buses gets an afternoon safety rating from the

police say the man were tortured at lee's home own elmwood. investigators found buckets of roofing cement similar to the ones used to weigh the victims down when thrown into the river. police say dna found on duct tape in the yard has been linked to one of the victims. lee allegedly gave the men 100,000 to buy drugs and instead of doing so two of the victims brothers bohan and viathan gambled the money away. neighbors tell "action news" they saw lee leave the home after news reports revealed one of the victims had survived. >> we know he has cash and means and he does have some ties to new york area. some ties to the california area. and so right now we don't know where he is. and but my fugitive guys are on it and hopefully catch him soon. >> and police say ep wards of a half dozen people were involved in this double homicide and investigatetors have only been able to identify lee again he is on the run and there is a 40,000
