sara bloomquist is live with the latest. >> reporter: monica and rick, this investigation into the attack on the gay couple is going on for close to two weeks now, the district attorney's office approved arrest warrants for two men and one woman, all three are expected to surrender sometime tomorrow. they approved arrest warrants for these three, in connection on the attack. 26-year-old kevin harrigan, they will be charged with aggravated assault and related offenses. police say that the three were with a group of 10 to 12 friends in the 1600 block of chancellor street, that group was captured by surveillance camera as they made their way around town. the victims a 26-year-old man and a 27-year-old man, told

police some in the group made despaisparaging remarks about t sexual orientation and then beat them. yesterday they turned the investigation over the d.a. who said in a statement that this vicious attack shocked the entire country, an assault like this because of someone's sexual orientation has to place in in philadelphia. >> one was an assistant basketball coach at archbishop, and he is not one of the three charged with the crime. police will be reaching out to the suspect's attorneys and again they expect to see them surrender here at central detectives at some point tomorrow. i'm sara bloomquist, channel 6 "action news." >> all right sara thank you. a gym teacher faces charges tonight for allegedly having sex

with a 15-year-old. "action news" reporter chad pradelli is live in media, with more on the charges. >> reporter: bill barber first met the victim want she was a physical education student of his at delaware middle school. that relationship turned sexual this month and only "action news" was on scene as barber was placed under arrest and brought here to the barracks. >> bill barber was a popular teacher and football coach at valley middle school in delaware but state police say he used the position to sexually assault a female student two weeks ago. >> she is currently a student at the high school and they exchanged messages throughout the summer and it escalated into this sexual encounter. >> wow you are a very sexy young

district has put barber on administrative leave the bail is set at $250,000 and he currently sits in a delaware county prison. philadelphia police say they know who they are looking for in the shooting of a teenager that was shot and killed walking home from school. they are looking for darien person, she was walking home when she was shot, and police say that several shots were fired at a fight at broad and olney. we'll have a live report on this on "action news" at 6:00. there is a major escalation in the fight against isis, they partnered with five arab nations and converged overnight on isis targets, president obama says it sends a strong message that it's not just america's fight. it was centered around the

three people are dead after

a former ups employee opened fire outside a warehouse in ter alabama. gun fire erupted in birmingham this morning and according to police an exemployee that was fired yesterday was dressed in his ups uniform when he shot and killed to people and then took his own life. no one else was hurt. there could be a million cases of ebola before long according to estimates out today. >> and a long time before it's over. registered nurse and reporter, ali gorman has the details. >> >> reporter: they have said it will get worse before it gets better. there have been about 5800 cases and 2800 deaths and there would be nearly a million and a half cases just in liberia and sierra leone by next year. experts see a slight sign of

"action news" big board, meteorologist cecily tynan taking a look at the first full day of fall, and not a bad way to get started. >> not bad, if you don't mind it on the chilly side. our normal low is 58 degrees, we dropped a lot lower than that. philadelphia all the way down to 50 degrees? >> wilmington 43 and millville 40 and quakertown dropping down to 39 degrees. then a full day of sunshine and temperatures recovered a little bit, still 72 degrees our average high is 75, so on the cool side. reading 72 and trenton 71 and millville 65 and dover and sea isle city currently 64 degrees. satellite 6 along with action radar showing there is high pressure up to the north but you can already see high, thin clouds beginning to move up from the south and this is associated with low pressure, a coastal low that is beginning to take shape.

the senter of that storm is east of jacksonville. it's working up to the east-northeast. and it will bring us rainy conditions wednesday night through most of the day on thursday. at 6:00 tomorrow night we'll begin to see some of that genally light rain in parts of delaware and southern new jersey and the heavy of the rain will be occurring in the overnight hours, at 2:00 heavy downpours and thursday morning commute, an early warning, get up early and allow for extra time. future tracker is showing at 7:30 some heavy rain and ponding of water on the roads, as we head into the afternoon it will gradually improve and it will be cloudy and damp and cool and windy. future tracker showing this time tomorrow night, with the high pressure to the north, we get the flow from the east and it's quite windy and wind gusts of 20 to 30 miles per hour.
