close to two weeks after the attack on the gay couple, arrest warrants are issued for three people in buck county. two men and one woman. >> today the district attorney approved arrest warrants, the buck county residents will be charged with aggravated assault and related offenses. they are among those in this group captured on surveillance video on september 11th, the three facing charges attacked a 26-year-old man and a 27-year-old man on chancellor street. the victims say the attackers made dispartialing remarks about their sexual orientation and beat them. >> now the district says this vicious attack shocked the entire country and an attack because of someone's sexual

stuff and is it started with girls and then guys and other guys in the neighborhood. something small and trivial ultimately ended up with this young girl being killed. >> eyesha was walking away from the crowd when she was shot once in the back and a man was shot in the back and remains in critical condition. eyesha's classmated gathered at her locker and cried and hugs as they signed memorials. >> to think about her is why her, she had nothing to do with it. >> this is the second incident this year at del val, involving violence. a student got a gun inside and accidentally shot two other students, the school says there is tightened security, and now the parents are more worried than ever. >> i am here to get my son it's a bad situation and their safety

mayor don guardian announced he will use layoffs and attrition to reduce the force by 300 jobs. the workforce will include police and fire personnel. with the casinos closing, four of them and the dramatic decline in the city's property values. taxes have skyrocketed. said guardian we have to rethink the way we do government. we have to shrink government and make it more efficient. the department of transportation safety board was back at the scene of the deadly bus accident. they thought down the route 13 north for two hours to conduct an accident reconstruction. authorities say that drugs and alcohol were not a factor in the crash, two people were killed and more than 40 others were hurt when the bus flipped. >> coming up tonight, residents
