you have to have your raincoats on when you head out and leave extra time for yourself. it's miserable out here. >> a fast-moving fire broke out at 1:00 a.m. pine street. one person was trapped inside the burning building. firefighters managed to reach the person. the victim is being treated for burns and smoke inhalation, but there's no word on a condition. another person was treated at the scene for minor injuries. investigators are looking for the cause of the fire. >> new on "action news," all three suspects accused of attacking a gay couple in center city have been arraigned and free on bail. 24-year-old katherine knott. and philip williams and harrigan left central detectives. coming up at 6:30, hear why

twitter posts may land one suspect in more trouble. >> 6:05. happening today, opening statements begin in montgomery in the trial of killing a 10-month-old baby an 61-year-old grandmother. the 28-year-old of upper merion is representing himself. the baby and her grandmother were killed in 2012. he gave a chilling video tape confession to detectives that may be shown during the trial. prosecutors say he killed the two during a botched kidnapping. he hoped to get a ransom to pay down debts from a gambling problem. >> officials at philadelphia international airport caught something dangerous lurking there, but they didn't camp it at the security checkpoints. maribel aber is live at time square to tell us what it is. what is it, maribel?

storm tracker 6 live double scan shows you it's not the most comfortable morning. we have a lot of rain pushing in off the ocean, we have additional heavier cells highlighted in yellow that are pushing across the delaware river and back into philadelphia. if i go in tight there are breaks in the action up to the north. in places like allentown and reading you'll get life stuff. we're getting a break in norristown, right now. philadelphia back into a fairly steady rain once we get the yellow stuff back into play some of it is coming into delaware county, the blue route, the southern portion of the blue route and i-95 in delaware county. you're going to his slower go there, as well. wilmington might catch some of this, too. you can see how it is pushing to the north up off the ocean and above that passing coastal low down to the south. i want to give you one more wide

view to the south in cape may county we're beginning to get on the other side of this. there are heavier cells pushing toward the bottom of route 55. a good portion of the ac expressway in atlantic county all of this pushing north and it looks like the worst of this may be around until the end the rush hour maybe before. as we look outside we have cloudy skies and wet conditions at the airport. we are looking at a rather windy morning and the winds will build a bit as the day goes on. 61 degrees, cloudy and damp, windy in philadelphia. 60 in i will -- allentown, 68 in sea isle city and millville, 64. between 7:00 and 9:00 on up to noon this will die down, as we enter the afternoon hours we're

looking at spotty precipitation and nuisance stuff and drizzle. the steadier rain is during the morning rush hour and then things start to taper off. in allentown, you'll have rain and drizzle at times, 62. looks like you'll wind up with under a half inch out of this. the heavier stuff is parked down in south jersey and the pennsylvania turnpike. rain and drizzle atlantic city, 66 degrees. the steadiest rain in the morning over the next couple of hours. in philadelphia, 66 with rain in the morning and tapering off with spotty showers and drizzle in the afternoon. windy conditions, winds out of the northeast at 12 to 25 miles per hour gusting higher than that. 60 at 8:00 a.m. most of the rain in through here, less and less of it as you go later on through the day period. the exclusive accuweather seven-day forecast, we're going for a high of 66 today, rain in the morning.

emergency vehicle on the scene, overturned car seems like they are, woulding to make sure nobody is in there, and dealing with the vehicle and the wreckage. >> karen is at the big board. >> reporter: roads are wet and we're seeing accidents like this popping up. i-95 southbound in west philadelphia by the airport. the vehicle is flipped over on its side. traffic is squeezing by at times. right now we have problems here, i-95 southbound as you're heading toward the blue route you're dealing with this. this overturned vehicle, yes you can see someone walking around the vehicle at this point. we have police on the scene. this just happened a couple of minutes ago, i-95 southbound by the airport. watch for this accident involving an overturned vehicle. looks like maybe more people are trying to come up to the scene right now and slowing down. a terrible situation there. it's not the only one. new accident pennsylvania turnpike, westbound approaching

philadelphia right now with some fairly steady rain moving in, i was standing outside in it a moment ago. we have steadier stuff highlighted in yellow. south jersey looking at additional stuff coming up from the ocean. cape may is now seeing a break in the action, i'll go farther south and show you that in a second. hammonton looking at this croal stuff coming in. -- yellow stuff coming in. millville, some stuff is popping in. cape may you're getting on the other side of this in cape may. we haven't seen it go as far north as allentown and reading. i feel you'll get light rain up there, it won't amount to much, because most of the heavy stuff will fall apart before it gets to you. chester county in the southern and western corner of the county coatsville and malvern in and out of lighter stuff.

the roads it can die down in the rush hour and drairn off -- drain off the road. the far northern and western suburbs are not going to get that much. winds are an issue. we have gusts up to 30 miles per hour along the shore, katherine scott has been standing out there, wasting the umbrellas in atlantic city, because she's had good gusts there at times. 20 to 25 miles per hour. in most of the rest of the region. reading is picking up gusts as are the poconos. that's an indication of the storm getting closer and stronger. temperatures will stay cool, 66 degrees which is not much different than what we'll be at 8:00 a.m. by 8:00. the steadiest rain starting to die down a bit and the rest of the day drizzle and spotty showers. high temperatures a little bit of a range, 62 in allentown. 6 in millville. 69 in cape may.

and 20 miles per hour. let's look at storm tracker 6 live double scan your best view with the live radar show show you where the rain is right now what roads it's hitting. the area of yellow is the heavier rain. in radnor near the blue route on the 30 bypass not far from malvern you're dealing with the area of yellow showing heavier rain. i-95 near the airport getting heavier rain as we look into new jersey, we can see some cells are producing heavy rain and that area, he can pull that in as well. you'll see that near millville, 45, 49, route 55. near hammonton and 322 route 30, the white horse pike, it's a soaking ride in. >> new york city police are investigating some of their own officers a watchdog group recorded this confrontation between officers and a pregnant woman. the video shows the woman struggling with police and being pushed to the ground.
