call is coming and karen rogers it's looking good, we'll have details coming up. >> reporter: all right, david for another morning we have very busy morning and overnight accidents. in montgomery, we had a fatal accident that shut down the blue route northbound in the overnight hours between the schuylkill expressway and ridge pike. everything is moving fine, no delays on the blue route northbound. the traffic lights are out on the boulevard northeast philadelphia watch for it at welsh road. police are on hand. in the king of prussia the ramp from the schuylkill expressway to 422 westbound all open and looking pretty good after disabled tractor-trailer had been causing problems earlier with this. in mount laurel burlington county we have a downed pole and wires down from an overnight accident. this is causing a closure at church street stick to fellowship road or mount laurel roads. >> a woman has died in a house fire in chester county.

the action cam was along on the scene at west 10th street. the woman and her son were trapped in the burning house. firefighters pulled the woman out of the second floor bedroom. she died at the scene. her son was treated at the scene for non-life threatening injuries. investigators are looking for the cause. >> developing this morning, a freak accident left a mother in flames at a gas station in philadelphia overnight. she is critically hurt, but there was good news about the woman's baby. katherine scott is live outside that gas station in port richmond. good morning, katherine. >> reporter: good morning, tam, the victim remains in the hospital in intensive care she has second and third degree burns. we have an update from family members, they say she also expected to survive. she is very uncomfortable in getting the care at the hospital. the good news is that the 3-year-old daughter was not injured in all of this. this is where it happened in port richmond at the intersection of aramingo and

somerset. family members identify the woman as jaqulyn lopez. she works in customer service. she is a student. she had come from school and picked up her daughter and was pumping gas when it happened. lopez was pumping the gas when a car smashed into the pump and knocked it over and started the fire. a passenger in the other car jumped out and kicked out the back window and pulled the little girl to safety. she was not injured. but lopez stained serious burns to her hands and burned from the waist down. the driver of the striking vehicle accidentsly -- accidently hit the gas pedal instead of the brake. we spoke with the victim's family members who drove in from new jersey. >> i'm happy that we have our two family mechanics, but -- members, but sad she had

sustained this freak accident. >> back here live at the sunoco, you can see the gas pump remains on its side. investigators say it's too early to tell if any charges will be filed in the case. live in port richmond, katherine scott channel 6 "action news." >> a montgomery county murder trial of raghu yandamuri continues today following a chilling first day of testimony. raghu yandamuri is representing himself at the trial in norristown. he is charged with killing 10-month-old saanvi and her 61-year-old grandmother satyavahti venna during a botched kidnapping. he questioned the parents yesterday. at the end of the testimony, the baby's father said no one should experience this. >> it is difficult they are being cross-examined by the person that murdered their

mother and daughter. >> raghu yandamuri seen here in a video taped confession faces the death penalty if convicted. >> 6:06, u.s.-led airstrikes against isis go on. a u.s. official said refinery bombings are striking at isis maine source of revenue. they are making $2 million a day on the oil. at home, officials say they don't have any information about a possible plot to attack subways in the u.s. yesterday iraq's prime minister said capture militants tolls intelligence agents about such a plot. >> the on going search in the poconos for the suspect in the deadly trooper ambush has shifted slightly. state police say frein is making himself visible at times on purpose. staying far enough away to avoid

roads. >> reporter: poor katherine scott it took a day to dry out from that. now so have the roads. we're looking at i-95 near allegheny, we're jammed approaching cottman and the glij betsy ross bridge to girard. it's the morning delay kicking in. looking at the problem in northeast philadelphia, you have the traffic lights out not working on the boulevard, police are on the scene. as we look in old city, market street is closed between 3rd and 4th until 10:30. stick to race or arch. chestnut is closed at 16th street. we have a problem in pennsauken an accident on browning road at marlton pike that one just in. him staying in new jersey, a waterford township a sinkhole is causing a problem on atlantic

>> happening today a judge in western pennsylvania will decide if a high school stabbing suspect will be moved to a mental health facility. he has been in a juvenile detention since the rampage the franklin regional high school near pittsburgh on april 9. police say he cruised kitchen knives to stab 0 fellow students and security guard. he will be tried as an adult for attempted murder. >> pennsylvania attorney general has named 8 former employees of the officer that sent interoffice e-mails that contained graphic images. frank noonen received e-mails

this to be a problem on the boulevard at welsh road. the police are on hand directing around the scene. a new accident in new castle county i-95 northbound at 141 exit number 5 not causing a big delay, something to watch for. camden county, browning road, marlton pike an accident still there. >> this story is developing. a freak crash at a gas station has left a woman on fire and her child needing a rescue. "action news" reporter, katherine scott is live on the scene in port richmond with the latest details. good morning, katherine. >> reporter: good morning, tam, we spoke to the victim's relatives who drove in from new jersey when they heard about. the victim is in the intensive care with second and their degree burns, she is expected to survive and her 3-year-old daughter is doing okay. it happened at aramingo and somerset.

you can see the gas pump is tipped over on its side. the two vehicles involved have been towed. family members identified the victim as 21-year-old jaqulyn lopez. she works in customer service and is a student. she was coming from school and picked up her daughter and was pumping gas when the accident happened. a car smashed into the pump and knocked it over and a fire started. she received serious burns to her hand and lower half of the body. she was rushed to the hospital and remains in intensive care. meanwhile, while the car was on fire, the passenger in the striking vehicle jumped out and kicked out the back window and pulled the little girl out to safety. the 3-year-old was in the injured. >> we're grateful he did that, we commend him for his heroism. i don't know if i would would have been able to do the same thing, i probably would have been in shock. >> back live in port richmond,

the gas pumps are closed. the one pump still on its side. the driver of the striking vehicle told police she accidentally hit the gas pedal instead of the break and that was when she lurched into the gas pump. i did speak to investigators, they said it's too early to tell if any charges will be filed. katherine scott channel 6 "action news." >> we have new video of first responders at the cape may-lewis ferry on the new jersey side of the bay. a fire broke out in the engine room of the mv delaware ferry which was moored at the time. two other ferries in the fleet continue to run between west cape may and lewes, delaware. 18-year-old matthew cooper is accused of calling in a false report of a child abduction.

he told dispatchers he saw a man take a 7-year-old into the wooded area of the nazareth borough. police rerouted the hell correspondent used to search for eric frein in the search for the little girl. it turns out was a hoax. this is this poor woman's reaction as she sees what's going on. a van that went airborne ripped out the entire corner of her home. new castle county inspectors declared the home unsafe to live in. investigators say the driver jason roane jumped out of the van and ran for it. roan is charged with driving under the influence of drugs and leaving the scene. >> it is 65:00 new this morning, a -- 6:35, new this morning a scuffle broke out between police and protesters in ferguson missouri.

sceferl -- several people were arrested. the crowd gathered following a public apology. the chief said he was sorry for the action in the wake of the police shooting of the unarmed teen, but refused to resign. the fbi said it knows the identity of the masked english speaking militant who killed two americans. investigators say he is likely from north american not from britain as previously thought. investigator used voice and facial analysis and studied the backdrop in the videos. the fbi believe the man is still in syria. >> there are new claims in the ray rice case that contradict a key claim by roger goodell. a law enforcement official said he sent the entire video of rice knocking out his now wife to the nfl back in april.
