investigators say he is the same robbing a 7-eleven in fishtown on wednesday. they are trying to determine what sparked a house fire killing an elderly woman this morning. heavy smoke and flames poured from the home. they rescued the woman but she did not survive. her son was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. >> they stay a fire in a row home suspicious. this is where it was outside of a home on villanova court at 3:00 a.m. not commenting on what they found at the scene. and fortunately no one hurt. the latest on the fight against isis. fighting against the collision forces and rebel fighters intense by along the border.

seatbelt violation. when the trooper asked jones to get his license, but when he went into his car to get it, the trooper ordered him to the ground and started shooting. investigators say that jones did not have a gun in his car and groubert had no cause for shooting him. jones is recovering from his wound. and groubert has been fired facing assault and battery. and the man charged in the disappearance of the university student graham is on the way back to virginia. arrested on a beach in galveston, texas wednesday. the virginia authorities say he is the last person to be seen with graham more than two weeks ago, charged within -- charged. and there is more on this with "world news with david muir" and we have the very latest on the search for the missing uva student, hannah graham and the ongoing fight against isis.

world. and he has cystic fibrosis and the charity group partners with american airlines, something magic foundation to fly jack, his sister, ashley, parent and grandmother on an all-expense-paid trip to orlando. and we caught up with them at the airport before they took off. it is to help give this entire family something to smile about and allow them to take their minds off jack's illness a few days and simply have fun. >> it's amazing, unbelievable. almost feel a little guilty like i am not worthy, but i am definitely super appreciative. and there is a mickey mouse clubhouse show, and he is excited about that. >> and this is the volunteer work our employees do. pretty proud for a guy like me who comes in seeing what they do for the community and things like that. it is a great moment. >> and it nenes so much -- means so much to the family.

look at this -- sunrise at 6:52. sunset at 6:52. so 12 hours of sunshine, 12 hours of darkness. and our days are getting shorter. currently in philadelphia, 78. wilmington 77. a little cooler closer to the shore, boardwalk 71 and millville 71 degrees. satellite 6 along with actions radar showing the good guy. high pressure building in from the great lakes. we have the sinking air clearing out all the clouds. and this high pressure is also forcing the jet stream well up to the north. so this will bring us a winning weekend. we get the wind out of the southwest, that will warm temperatures up into the 80s both days. looking really, really nice. get rid of that. and talking about dover, it is going to be great weather for the races. tomorrow plenty of sunshine and gorgeous for the nationwide race. 79 degrees. the sprint cup sunday mostly sunny with a temperature of 80 degrees.

deadly shooting last week outside of einstein medical center in philadelphia. police arrested 15-year-old quadir gibson of father judge high school where he is a star running back for the football team. the actual alleged triggerman was arrested earlier this week. killed in the shooting was aisha abdur-rahman who was walking down the block from where a fight had broken out. "action news" reporter live at the scene, what about the vigil they held there tonight? >> it is a solemn gathering here of about 50 people. they heard a second guy had been arrested and came here to pray for aisha abdur-rahman and her family. a family that is in painful grief tonight. >> we need your direction, father. we can't do this without you. >> religious leaders and friend of the family of 15 year old aisha abdur-rahman prayed where she died in front of einstein hospital. they
