although we could have showers in the afternoon, matt i'll have details on that coming up with the seven day, okay. >> okay, thank you, david. we have breaking news, an armed robber held up the holiday inn near citizens bank park one hour ago. the robber who burst in at 3:30 a.m. covered his face and stole the cash register. there were no injuries report. and developing on "action news," two people were hurt in a wild overnight crash in philadelphia's juniata park section. a car plowed into an suv on east erie avenue at n street. the suv barreled down the block and slammed into the back of a third car. investigators have not said what vehicle the injured people were traveling in or what caused the first car to lose control. police say one driver is being tested for dui. developing three rob errs

one armed with an ak-47 assault rifle are on the run after hitting a philadelphia 7-eleven. the holdup happened in the overnight brook section. no injuries reported here. police are working on a description of the robber's getaway vehicle. new this morning, police have arrested a suspect who they also shot and killed a man inside the victim's germantown home. the action cam was on the scene of the 100 block of manheim street. moments after the shooting police on the patrol in the area arrested the man fitting the description given by the witnesses. after the suspect was put in the patrol car, the suspect kicked out a window. investigators say the murder looks like it may have been drug related. >> inside the crime scene where the 52-year-old was shot.

we did find a substantial quawnlt of narcotics paraphernalia. it's a possibility this homicide is narcotics related. >> officers found two guns on the suspect, they believe one was the victim's. police say they have a picture that struck a 7-year-old girl in the city's mantua section and pedestrian off. a person who witnessed the accident took a picture of the suspected vehicle always the drove away. it is a out landing with the pennsylvania license plate jky7458. sources close to the investigation say that suv is registered to someone in landsdown delaware county. the suv hit the girl and dragged the girl for several feet stopped and drove off. the young girl is in guarded condition in the intensive care
