area. this is no accident but the result of ma electrician software. it's monday night. the big story is the distinct possibility that your credit card information has been stolen if you shop at acme. live in bala cynwyd. acme may have to take its place next to target and home depot. >>reporter:we'll see. there were two teams to steal data from its system. the first was from june and july. the second was august and september. now it's not clear what the impact will be. tonight acme said it's not determined if anyone was stolen at this point. at the same time it's enrolling the customer database at the company's expense. it's using malware was reported on the acme website.

the killer. a fugitive wanted about i philadelphia police is a person of interest in two separate murders including the killing of a pregnant woman. it starts tuesday afternoon. the police say that 25-year-old markese martin is wanted. kord rozier, but martin remains on the loose. martin may have tried to kill rorozier. he was shot in a car. jasmine williams died as did her baby girl after delivered by doctors. there was a $40,000 reward to catch the killer. the investigators believe that martin wanted to eliminate potential witnesses when rozier
