>> yes. that is official for me. it doesn't happen unless i say so, karen rogers. >> i don't know about that, matt . >> [laughter] >> we're not sure. let's take a look at storm tracker 6 live double scan around the region and we had those showers late yesterday, lasted through the evening hours and still in some spots as we can see with live radar. we're in wilmington right now getting wet and parts of northern delaware. in bellmawr, surf city, atlantic city, still some showers but this is moving out. not the story of the day. it's not going to be terribly wet today but we'll stick with lots of cloud cover. satellite 6 and action radar showing that right now. here are the clouds, here are the few showers we have working around through the area. we'll continue to see the chance for showers later on this afternoon as well. let's look at the visibility, though. in areas that are dry we have issues with visibility. in the northwest fog at 1.5-mile visibility. allentown only 3-mile visibility in the poconos, four in reading but near zero in lancaster so that's something we're watching for the morning hours as well. 65 degrees right now in

philadelphia. 57 in allentown. 62 in millville. today's high pretty nice actually, 77 degrees, feeling good. we will see lots of clouds, only some sunshine with showers late in the day and this evening, not terribly hard rain but some light showers we'll show you that on future tracker 6 in a few minutes, matt. >> thank you karen. customers who shop at acme need to be on alert. the parent companies of the local supermarket chain say its debit and credit processing network has been hacked. katherine scott is live at the acme in bala cynwyd with details. >> reporter: that's right, shoppers information could be at risk. the company says they're not certain that any information was actually stolen in this hack but they want their customers to be on the lookout so they've been alerting can customers if you logged on to acme's web site you can see there is an alert on that web site telling people about this security breach. albertsons which owns acme markets made the announcement

yesterday. apparently malicious software was installed on networks that processed credit and debit card transactions at some of their stores. if you used your credit or debit card in the store in pennsylvania, delaware, new jersey and somed between june 22nd and july 17th or between august 27th and september 21st, you should monitor your cred did you and debit card accounts. call the bank that issued your card if you see anything suspicious. possible stolen data includes names, account numbers, and expiration dates. acme customers are trying to make sense of it all as they heard about it. >> you have not heard about this. >> no, we haven't. >> but you do use a credit card here. >> we use our debit card but we use it as credit. we don't put our pin number in. >> reporter: okay. do you worry about the security on your credit card. >> yes. all the time. >> reporter: and after all over the past year data breaches at target, home depot and other retailers have

"action news" has learned that the woman was being prosecuted by the federal government. a surveillance camera captured video of the murder on saturday night. 42-year-old katherine berry was shot while walking down the 3200 block of morse street in strawberry manassas with her gloucester a male who is being described as a black male in his early 50's heavyset with a gray beard pulled out a gun, walks right up to her and fires about nine

or 10 shots. >> the crime scene is around the corner from berry's home. why she was targeted is not nepotism police have not said if the murder is linked to berry's guilty plea two weeks ago on charges of distributing oxycodone. >> happening today, autopsy results are expected to be released to explain the deaths of a new jersey hospital ceo and his wife. john sheridan and his wife joyce were found dead in a burned out bedroom at their somerset county home early sunday morning. sheridan was the long time ceo of the cooper university health system. his wife was a retired schoolteacher. an arson task force is now investigating the fatal fire at the home in montgomery township. >> the search continues for a person of interest in the pregnant woman's murder. martin is wanted for the killing of jasmine williams. she was inside a car with her fiancée in philadelphia when bullets blasted the vehicle last wednesday. police believe martin was

trying to kill williams' fiancée because he was martin's accomplice in a deadly robbery. a $40,000 reward is being offered in this case. two more schools have reopened as hundreds of law enforcement officers continue their search for eric frein. students near his hometown in monroe county missed more than a week of class. frein has been on the run for 17 days after allegedly ambushing two state troopers killing one of them. >> happening today the secret service's handling of the white house security will be the focus of a congressional hearing. the man who climbed a white house fence two weeks ago was able to make his way much further into the white house than publically acknowledged. abc's susan solni has the latest. >> reporter: details up to now were disturbing enough. the suspect seen in this video dashing toward the white house earlier this month made it just past the front door the secret service said before being subdued. but new details confirmed by

abc news indicate the security breach was far worse than that. after omar gonzalez burst through the front door he overpowered a guard, ran past a staircase that leads to the first family's quarters and then entered the east room. a guilded setting used for receptions and presidential addresses. there are also claims by whistle blowers that an alarm box to alert secret service personnel inside the white house that an intruder was on the site was on mute. gonzalez was carrying a three and a half inch knife. he was finally tackled by an agent at the south end of the east room some 80 feet inside. >> he got deep enough that had the president, the vice president been walking the hallways, they could have been attacked by mr. gonzalez. >> reporter: gonzalez had 800 rounds of ammunition, two hatchets and a machete in his car parked several blocks from the white house on the night of the intrusion. the president and his family were not at home at the time but the secret service is still facing tough questions about how this happened and

death a homicide due to the chest and neck compressions by the officer. nypd officers are not allowed to use the choke hold move. >> new this morning a new report says an nfl player involved in a murder-suicide had evidence of a brain disease. a doctor conducted an autopsy on the late kansas chiefs linebacker jevon belcher. he shot and killed his girlfriend before turning the gun on himself in december of 2012. the autopsy conducted nearly a year after the tragedy found a protein consistent with cte, chronic traumatic encephalopathy. belcher's mother is suing the chiefs. she claims her son suffered repetitive head trauma and the team did not give him adequate care. >> 4:47 now. retail giant wal-mart has responded to a lawsuit filed by tracy morgan over a deadly car crash that left the comedian in critical condition. >> chelsea clinton and husband mark probably didn't get much sleep last night. details on the new addition is

let's take a look at traffic. this is delaware county. i-95 near the commodore barry bridge, the roadway is mostly dry and construction crews are doing some paving work in the southbound left lanes. traffic is only getting by in the right lane. they should be clearing soon but for now stay right as you come south of the blue route. switching over to montgomery county, route 422 at trooper road, work crews are gone from this portion of the roadway. both lanes are opened in both directions and so far no delays but some roads are damp so the ride may take you a few extra minutes. matt. >> all right, erin thanks so much. let's head to the big board here. got some information about chicago. this is a place we've been watching since friday when they had that fire causing lots of delays due to the air traffic control system there. this morning they are reporting 90 cancellations at o'hare international airport. i don't have any information about midway but assuming there's probably going to be cancellations over there. so, they're still trying to recover from that fire back on friday. so, if you have a flight to chicago, want to check ahead. by the way, things look
