a man accused of beheading his co-worker in oklahoma could now face the death penalty. alton nolan was charged with first degree murder in last week's savage attack, police say he carried out the beheading at a food processing plan last thursday. after a co-worker complained about him and that worker was stabbed in the attack but he survived. a brazilian hotel employee is recovering after being held hostage for hours on live television. a man forced the victim into the room and handcuffed the worker and made him put on an explosive vestd and paraded him on to the balcony there. he then came handcuffed to the hostage to surrender.
