admitted to texas health presbyterian hospital in dallas and was put in isolation. he had no systems when he left liberia, only had symptoms when he returned to texas. ebola is not contagious until symptoms appear, and it takes direct contact with bodily fluids to spread. it is not spread through the air. but they will look into whether anyone came into close contact with the patient and they will be held in isolation and monitored. >> we have no doubt that we will control this importation or case of ebola, so it does not spread widely in this country. it is certainly possible that someone that contact with this individual, a family member or

montgomery county training center. the incident happened at 4:30 at the facet at conshohocken road. they did not say who the victim is but the majority of people that use it's firing range are law enforcement officers. >> a 2-year-old boy is in critical condition, after accidently shootsing himself in the head. it happened in claymont delaware this morning at the unite block at cliff side court and valley run, word is that the child was playing with a gun when it accidently discharged. david henry is live at newcastle police. >> reporter: yes, police continued their investigation and they are interviewing relatives as they try to sort out the sequence of events, it happened at 10:00 this morning at a tightly packed neighborhood of townhomes. >> this is a real surprise here. >> you didn't know if they had gun there's? >> no.

>> they didn't seem like the type. >> bill jenning was shocked when he learned the boy next door got his hands on a gun and shot himself in the head. he was home alone with his mother when he shot himself. she ran out of the house screaming. >> she was screaming and on the phone screaming. >> police arrived quickly and conducted cpr until medics arrived and the boy was flown to the hop where he is in critical condition. the boy's parents and older brother live in the house. they are looking to see who left that gun within reach of the boy and they went door-to-door talking to neighbors. and they left the house with evidence. the boy was often seen playing in front of the house. >> a happy go lucky kid, very bright, always speaks i feel very sorry for him. >> jennings says the family

came home and heard his car door, he refused to get out of his truck, he fired shot and he is in critical condition tonight. marine police pull aired body from the river this afternoon. someone spotted the body near the walt whitman bridge, there is no word on the identity. the search for suspected cop killer, eric frein, has discovered two pipe bombs ready to be deployed. as many as 2,000 law enforcement personnel are involved in this. walter perez is live now. what is the latest here >> reporter: investigators say that eric frein hastily left behind supplies including the two pipe bombs.

we'll alert you to any new developments and bring you live updates from the pennsylvania state police as they happen. philadelphia police are trying to track down the man that attacked a woman as she emerged from wissahickon park in chestnut hill. this happened late friday afternoon, live now is sara bloomquist, you have the details? >> reporter: well, jim behind me homes here in chestnut hill there are trails leading into and out of wissahickon park. the victim had finished walking on the trails and was coming out of the woods and into this residential area, this she bad right here when she was attacked. people out enjoying the park this afternoon were learning of the attempted sexual assault that happened along the trails here. >> it's horrible and a sign of

the time. >> a 51-year-old woman was walking in the park for a half hour, at 4:30 p.m., she was coming out of the woods at gait house lane, a man she doesn't know passed by and they exchanged hellos, it's man came up behind her and demanded money, she said she didn't have any and he pushed her down and pushed dirt in her mouth and demanded sex. she managed to break away and called police. the trails are desolate, it's unsafe. >> i'm surprised it doesn't happen more often. you walk these trails and come across a woman alone, it's not safe. >> women shouldn't venture up there alone. >> women say they will change
