legal in philadelphia but it got a little less illegal. with the stroke of a pen mayor, michael nutter decriminalized marijuana. if a person is caught with less than an ounce of pot, they face a fine. sara bloomquist is live with reaction to the bill. >> reporter: shirleen after a summer of debate and deliberation, mayor michael nutter signed this legislation this afternoon, beginning october 20th, possessing a small amount of marijuana here in philadelphia will no longer be a criminal offense, instead a civil fine, like getting a traffic ticket. mayor michael nutter signed the bill to decrimealize marijuana, the new orderance takes affect on october 20th. >> it is our hope that by decriminalizing marijuana in the

september 12th when police say he shot and killed corporal brian dixon and wounded officer dickson in rural pike county. it's the same area where bow hunting season was set to open this weekend, the state game commission was going to let the season open as scheduled but today they are reversing course after finding pipe bombs in the area, they are urging hunters to stay away while frein is on the loose. a buck county doctor is admitting to charges of child pornography. police say he downloaded 58 images and videos of young girls earlier this year. at the time of his arrest, the 36-year-old was a medical resident doing rotations at several hospitals, including the area health system he faces 12
