but obviously some suburbs cooler than that. it's a chilly start. 53 degrees by 9:00. 64 by noon, yesterday's high was 61. we'll go ten degrees better than yesterday at 3:00 p.m. 71 is the high, we won't be in the 70s all that long, back in the mid 60s by 6:00. karen, we have rain in the accuweather forecast, i'll cover that when i step inside in a couple of minutes. >> reporter: we have a problem on the schuylkill expressway eastbound past conshohocken. we had a disabled tractor-trailer, the tractor-trailer left the scene, i don't know if you can see the sand on the roadway, it was a huge fuel spill eastbound on the schuylkill expressway only one lane getting by past conshohocken as you head toward the curve. we're jammed from approaching the blue route to past conshohocken. an early morning delay on the schuylkill expressway. watch for speeds like 7 miles per hour at this hour, that's a big problem on the schuylkill expressway. what can you do stick to ridge

community meeting as school officials tried to calm their fears as a young child's death was linked to entrovirus d68. chad perdelli is live in mercer county with the latest details. good morning, chad. >> reporter: good morning, tam, parents are scared and worried. this was a crowning boy who went to bed one night seemingly fine and passed away the next day, he died from the entrovirus d68 and parents want answers on what to do with their children. >> know what they are going to be doing to take care of everything. >> reporter: parents went before a panel of health, state and school officials with concerns. >> rooms have to ventilation who whatsoever. >> reporter: and suggestion and confess. ely waller a preschoolers died

from the entrovirus d68 on september 25. the cdc confirmed the results this past friday. another 4-year-old with symptoms is awaiting his test results. he shareholder a classroom with waller. officials say there's no way to pinpoint where ely contracted the virus, but it's common infecting ten to 15 million a career according to the cdc, but the d68 strain is dangerous. while the school fights the virus, ely a triplet with two sisters is being remembered by his father in this statement. and hoalt officials say parents -- and health officials say parents need to keep an eye on any symptoms that are similar

abu-jamal delivered a controversial graduation speech yesterday recorded for students at goddard college a small school in vermont. he is serving life for shooting police officer daniel faulkner. in response dozens of police officers and supporters of the faulkner family stood for a silent vigil in center city. local politician are pushing a bill that will give a court power to step in to stop this from happening again. >> unless we build studios in prisons for these types of thugs we continue to rip the scabs over the wounds of the victims. >> if that bill passes, it will likely face a court battle. a car careened into a california donut shop killing one person.

winds are not that strong, but they will get breezier after the sun gets up over the horizon. 53 at 9:00. we get better than yesterday. the noon temperature 64 is better than yesterday's high of 61. karen when i step back inside we have shots of precipitation coming our ware and cooler air in the seven day. >> reporter: all right, dave, the big problem is on the schuylkill expressway. look at the jamup eastbound traffic is jammed from 202. the delay has gotten longer. you're jammed from 202 to past conshohocken all due to the tractor-trailer that was disabled on the schuylkill expressway eastbound past conshohocken and leaking a huge fuel spill through the area. traffic is jammed through the scene. you can see eastbound traffic

jammed at this point. there's sand all over the roadway. the tractor-trailer left the scene, you have one lane blocked, so you're driving through the sand. the fuel spill is causing a problem sand on the roadway, eastbound on the schuylkill expressway past conshohocken. what to do to avoid the area. we were earlier saying take conshohocken state road, but we have an accident there. speeds at 14 on the schuylkill expressway you can see how you're jammed all the way to 202. the action cam is on the scene westville, gloucester county to give us the latest of a fatal accidents scene. this is delsea drive at almond essson road. the tank truck was pulled from the scene. you can see the emergency works, the fire crews on the scene with this one, hopefully they will

chad perdelli is live outside credit cardville elementary school with the story, chad. >> reporter: well, parents are nervous, this is a boy who went to bed seeming fine wednesday night and passed away the next day. parents went before a panel of health, state and school officials with their concerning. ely waller divide from entrovirus d68 on september 25. the cdc confirmed the results on friday. now the virus is common infecting 10 to 15 million people a year, but the d68 strain is not. it's the most dangerous. most victims that succumb to the cry -- virus have underlying conditions, but waller did not. >> i need to know what they are doing to take care of everything.
