in norristown tonight, kenneth. >> reporter: jim, jury called it quits 30 minutes ago after more than six hours of deliberating, in this capitol murder trial. this was the the scene, moments ago, as a family of the defendant raghunandan yandamuri, his attorney and family of the victims walk out of the montgomery county courtroom tonight. it has been two years to the day prosecutors say yandamuri killed ten month-old salve any venna and her 61 year-old grand mother in their king of prussia apartment building. thirty he lease say it was a botched kidnapping to pay off a gambling debt. he even confessed to the brutal slayings. yandamuri who represented himself claim he was coerced by police and forced to participate in the crime by two mysterious male strangers, men he failed to give more tea tail about when he took the stand in his defense. tonight, the man's court appointed defense attorney indicated that had there may be an issue regarding the jury and men and women are obviously quote, not close to a verdict.
